Avoid Mansfield Service Centre for Jeep-Keema Cars
Put Jeep in for service came back sounding worse, did not fill up fuel levels, was not even sure they had done a service. As I did not check fuel levels after I had left, car broke down immediately after service and they claimed no responsibilty. Had to pay $2000 for replacement parts.

Avoid Northern motors Bundoora - Jeep services & repairs
My Jeep Cherokee 2015 Just done 60k got number of Manufacturing issues. (Still under warranty) I went to Northern Motor service centre number of time mentioning all issues, with wasting lot of time. They fix one issues at time. Keep the vehicle up to 7 days for fixing one issue. Not getting courtesy vehicle/ or hire care until they going through so called "Jeep Australia Policy" through Jeep tech team. This time I need to wait 5 days to get an approval from Jeep Australia tech team for hire car. Terrible service from Northern Motor Jeep service centre. Service manager northern motor group not allowing customer to talk instead told me I'm lying to him????? Nonsense!!! Very poor service

Avoid Brighton & Knox Jeep Dealers
We bought our Jeep at Brighton Jeep, thinking that a high-end suburb would treat you better. But since buying our 2015 Cherokee brand new, we've had issue after issue, and Nepean always had an excuse for it and made us pay insane amounts to fix them, even though we were under warranty. Also important to note that we have the extended warranty.
After one too many issues with the Brighton servicing dept, we asked if we could transfer everything to a new dealer for servicing, and they said we could. They said they could transfer to Knox Jeep for...Read more
us, and assured us that we'd be happy with their service, so we agreed, after confirming several times that everything would be transferred, including our extended warranty etc, as if we bought the car from Knox Jeep and not Brighton. They guaranteed it would be exactly like that. Since transferring to Knox, we discovered that both branches are owned by the same guys, so it's no wonder they didn't have an issue with transferring us over. And it seems the service is the same. They would rather you go home with faulty issues and potentially have a horrible accident than admit fault and fix it. I understand if it's the usual things that we ourselves can cause, but we've ended up going 30km on a freeway as the car just couldn't do any more than this. That is a Jeep fault. We have also had an on-off issue with the tailgate not opening or closing. We have an issue with the engine just cutting things out when we're driving, like the air con will turn off, or something weird will happen. The guy at Knox reception told me that the engine will cut things off when it feels like it is being overloaded or something silly like that. But considering we literally use the car less than the average (and expected) 20000km per year, it's scary that the car can't handle the heater, which i assume it is, because I don't use the AC unless it's super hot...so about 3 times a year here in Melbourne! How can a heater on low cause the engine to not cope? Jie, at reception quoted about $1100 to fix it. We told them it is not our issue and they should fix it. They refused flat out. We told them we'll be taking this further, and the guy at reception said he emailed HO for me. He called back next day (I think it was next day) and said they will fix for $700 and 'they will do us a favour and cover the rest at 50%'. This didn't make sense, as 50% of $1100 was $550. So I confirmed that we'd actually be paying $550 and they'd pay the remaining $550 which is 50%. And the guy said, 'oh no, you'll pay $700 for the service and also $350 for the parts, and we'll cover the other $350 for parts'. I was confused, as this was actually $1400. So now they're raised the price, so that we still end up paying the original amount quoted?! I have never seen such liars and cheats from any seller before.Similar opinion? Disappointed
Very poor customer service skills, brought car in three times for the same issue within 14 days.
Returned car back still without the issue being fixed. Frankly they could not care less. No sorry. No offer of resolution. No explanation. No refund.

Dont buy a Jeep .. customer service at Southport terrible, will charge you to look at something they havent been able to fix and should of been under warranty . Constant issues, they just want your warranty to be over to charge you a fortune on something that should have been fixed under warranty.

Stay away from Knox and Brighton dealerships
Just got back from a service at the dealership, where it doesn't seem they did anything. They charged me though.
From the beginning, we've had issues. We originally purchased a Jeep Cherokee limited from Brighton (Vic) and they lied so often and gave such bad customer service, we swapped over to Knox Jeep after confirming that everything could be handled by them from now on, from services, to the extended warranty to when it comes time to trade it in at the 5yr mark.
Today i was told that there are issues with the car NOT covered by our exte...Read more
nded warranty, which we know they are, and that even IF they were, they'd have be handled at Brighton Jeep. They wanted over $1300 to fix the issues that were under warranty, and the guy i was dealing with, Jie, would constantly talk over me when i was trying to talk to him. I was kind and calm, as I hate confrontation, so i would wait for him to finish, and then start to talk, and he'd talk over me again. I had to eventually tell him to stop talking and listen to me, which is probably the first time in my life i've ever had to ask someone to do that. Even so, he still didn't listen and kept going on about crap that didn't pertain to our issues with the car. In addition, I told Jie that the indicators did not turn off when you finished your turn, and if they can please fix this also. They didn't, and I kid you not, it seems worse now. I think the indicator was left on at least 4 or 5 times on my 19 minute drive home from the dealership after the service. And i only made maybe 4-5 turns. You do the math. So I still have a car with the engine light on, and indicators that don't turn off, and a leaking axle seal that they wouldn't fix as they claim it's not covered by our warranty. Oh, and don't forget, even if it was, it's covered by a different dealership. When we swapped from Brighton to Knox, by the way, we discovered that they were BOTH owned by the same owner...so would it matter anyway?Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Avoid Brighton Jeep
Firstly my foster dogs ate my seat belts - Brighton jeep wanted to charge $1000 per seat belt, I got 2 done for $400 elsewhere
Secondly they installed a sat nav system that is draining my battery and I have had 4 roadside assistance call outs and a new battery. The sat nav they claim is no longer under warranty but the battery and my road side assistance are. They would prefer I continually cost them money with the replacement batteries and call outs than replace the sat nav. Financially this makes no sense at all.

2014 Grand Cherokee SRT8 resonator issue
After having the resonator replaced under warranty in Feb 2017, i have constantly complained of issues with the resonator with dealership. They have referred to Jeep for warranty and JEEP have come back and stated that "it does not affect the performance of the vehicle" therefore only parts covered at 50% to replace it a SECOND TIME. As of July 2022, i am still complaining and it is progressively getting worse and will not be paying for it to be replaced again when there is obvious issues JEEP have advised that they will not assist further. ...Read more
Genuine resonators should last quite some time and not be replaced twice in 2 years after replacement of the first one and 2nd replacement within 2 years later, the fact is the Resonators are genuine nothing is after market on my vehicle and it does in fact affect the performance of the vehicle and is presently not drawing in "correct back pressure", will not perform correctly with fuel economy and more. Resonator is in fact a long wearing item that should not be replaced twice in 4 years. There is an obvious issue with the resonator. JEEP should indeed warrant and honour and back their genuine product. Not discard the customer by saying no further assistance. The dealership have been very helpful, however the issue is with Jeep now and not the dealership.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Poor Service at Dwyers Jeep Bairnsdale Victoria
After breaking down in Eden NSW while towing our caravan back to Melbourne from holidays, we contacted Dwyers Jeep in Bairnsdale who agreed to book our Grand Cherokee in to determine the problem. We were towed (with the van) to the Jeep dealership and from there the service was non-existent! We left the car early one evening and they had not even looked at it by late afternoon the next day. Consequently, when they found it needed a part from Melbourne, they had missed the cut off time for ordering and we were stranded for another day. Every ...Read more
time we rang (which was not excessively) to see what the problem was with our car they said "someone will call you back in 5-10 minutes". This NEVER happened! Understanding that they were busy, we did not complain but we found their communication terribly poor! We were stuck in our caravan with no idea why the car had broken down and how long the repair would take. When the part finally arrived and ($700 later) we were on our way back to Melbourne, our jeep broke down again (still towing the caravan) due to the same fault! They had NOT fixed it at all and we had to go through the whole process of being towed again, this time at our expense as RACV did not cover the distance we were from home the second time. When I called Dwyers again I was told the Manager was with someone, only to be told when I rang AGAIN an hour later that the Manager was not even on site! Dwyers had fitted the wrong part and tried to tell our service Manager in Melbourne that it was the right part in the wrong spot! Wrong! Even though they eventually agreed that they were wrong and have now refunded our money, I would NEVER go to Dwyers in Bairnsdale again as their customer service is non-existent! They have totally destroyed our faith in Jeep service centres and we are now looking to trade our Grand Cherokee in for another make before we embark on any long trips.Similar opinion? Great car and very good service department
I purchased a Grand Cherokee Laredeo V6 diesel brand new in June 2013 from Knox Jeep after being rudely fluffed off by Caroline Springs Jeep.
Since then we have accumulated 230000 k's with minimal issues. The car has been terrific, economical and tows our 2200kg caravan well. In all this time it has only required attention to a fuel pump relay...under warranty, air-condenser after warranty expired (kilometre wise, and slightly out by time) but FCA replaced it without any qualms at all. At the last service June 2022, the condenser had to be repl...Read more

Wonderful Service - Led by a passionate professional service manager Anthony and team
I dont usually write review but this Jeep Service Centre really delivers outstanding exceptional service that I feel I haven't praised them enough. Anthony (Manager ) and his team delivers standard beyond my expectation. My car which was only 4 years old broke down at my garage just before Christmas. The car simply couldn't start at all and had to be towed away. It was hard without a car during the school holiday but I was also very worried about the potential of being hit with an astronomical big bill though the car had never playup before! My...Read more
friend's friend who had a Mazda had similar problem had to fork out $5K! To cut the long story short. The team led by Anthony was so thorough examining my car which the team believe it was due to a manufacturer's fault. They were so professional that they put together a case on my behalf (understanding that the car was on low mileage plus it only just passed the 3 years warranty but on an extended premium warranty). At the end they were able to claim back from Jeep Chrysler and I was only blessed to be charged with just the battery costs plus labour as per the receipt attached here. I was so so relieved following their great efforts getting my car fixed with an affordable bill! Many thanks to Anthony and his team. Thank youSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Extortionate and overblown price
Just over 7 days on I am still bursting with rage. I recently visited my local Jeep dealer (Cricks in Noosaville) to request a new electronic key fob for my Jeep Cherokee, my spare having become unusable due to corrosion. It seemed to be short circuiting, not responding to the buttons and causing the alarm klaxon to go off. They told me a replacement would cost $630.00 plus $150.00 for them to programme it to my vehicle, a total of $780.00 for a CAR KEY!!! After a few days of trying to get around the issue of not having a spare I resigned myse...Read more
lf to having to pay this extortionate fee, a cost out of all proportion. I got the key yesterday ...the car was with the dealer for just under 2 hrs while they went through the programming process...it was incomplete - the removable manual door lock key which is integral was not included in the price, so to add insult to injury they advised that this was an extra which I didn’t request..!! This is a rant on the extortionate cost of the key not it’s quality. Beware.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Cricks Jeep Mount Gravatt shame, shame, shame!
A week before I spent $90k in total on my BT-50 I was looking at getting a Jeep Rubicon at Cricks Mount Gravatt. I was sitting in the vehicle asking the dealer questions when he told me I was wasting his time and he had better things to do then help me. I was flabbergasted at this and went to Mount Gravatt Mazda with my money. Stay away from Cricks Mount Gravatt they have no idea about how to treat a Customer!

Aspley Jeep Qld.......BEWARE
I purchased a Grand Cherokee that Aspley Jeep sold from brand new, with accessories. The vehicle comes, as standard, with a range of safety features. Aspley Jeep were commissioned to have some accessories fitted, which they outsourced to All American Wheeling. The accessories that were fitted were not suitable for the model of my vehicle and the job was not done correctly. To compensate for these issue, the safety sensors were turned OFF. That would be the safety features that good $$$$ have just been paid out for. Neither Aspley Jeep nor All A...Read more
merican Wheeling knew what they were talking about with regards to these "extras" or the fitting of them. Department of Transport and Main Roads (Qld) have advised that if the safety features do not work, then the vehicle is not roadworthy, and want to mount an investigation. So, what this means is that Aspley Jeep released a BRAND NEW vehicle in an UNROADWORTHY condition. They now want nothing to do with this and are not prepared to discuss correcting the issue, which is correctable. FCA (aka Jeep Australia) have advised it is not something that they can get involved with and have deferred this to the dealership. Other Jeep dealerships have looked at the vehicle and said it has not been done correctly and should be rectified. So people, BEWARE of where you buy but definitely give Aspley Jeep a wide berth!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

City Jeep Service - Excellent! Sales Area - Avoid!
After Bayford Jeep closed in Hawthorn I have been visiting City Jeep for my (infrequent) servicing. They always treat me with respect and true professionalism. I have a very low mileage Grand Cherokee and wondered into the sales area looking at the new Compass. One of the sales guys offered to get me a trade in price and consulted his Manager. AVOID at all costs - They really tried to rip me off! Service: 5 stars! Sales Team: 1 star. Caveat Emptor!

Can anyone tell me why Peter Stevens Ballarat no longer has the franchise to service Jeep, Fiat and more. They had a brand new service centre and as far as I was aware all was well. Went down this morning to book in for a service only to find that I now have to go to Bendigo or Werribee. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They are a beautiful car to drive as well as having plenty of power and good fuel economy. Pain when you have to travel 100 kilometres or more each way to get a service. Appears ridiculous that a town as big as Ballarat looses a service franchise for Jeep, Fiat and more.
