My build started last year October and got keys in April. Quality of build is exceptional. We had few hiccups during constructions, however those are not major. We have a friendly supervisor [name removed] who ensured everything is done as per standards. Even after handover, he visited 4 times to make sure we are comfortable and organised contractors to rectify the issues which we raised after taking the handover.
I don't hesitate to go with another build with JGK in future.

We had a great experience at our visit to JG King display home at Point cook. The sales consultant [name removed] was very helpful and very experienced. Explained the process and was very happy to answer all our questions. The colour selection team were also helpful and process was very smooth.
The actual build delayed, but we are very happy with the finished product. We moved in 11 months ago and we have not come across any major issues and the minor ones are quickly attended to by the maintenance team. Thank to [name removed] our supervisor for your great job.
We will definitely build with JG King again if we have the opportunity to do in the near future.

We found the online portal for color selection, upgrades extremely helpful prior to attending our selections appointment. We have recommended family member to now build with JG King.

We had a very bad experience from the very start of our journey. We were promised contracts by the sales consultant by a certain date and they were 6 weeks late, which really made the financial side of it a nightmare
The rest of the team at the Geelong office were left to pick up the pieces and they did a great job
