yeah, it's unfortunate that it happened but it did. Our experience was the total opposite of what their mission statement is. Sadly, in this country, a lot of people in Real Estate, Trades, etc., feel that they are above water.

I called Jim's to get someone out to reattach my gate that fell over in strong winds. Aaron called me back within about 10 minutes and came over about 10 minutes later. Had the gate back on in no time, and charged me way less than I was expecting! Great service, thanks!
