Could not fault Jeremy he went above and beyond, communication was fantastic. He is honest reliable and punctual and you dont find to many trades that are. I will be having Jeremy back to install my tv's and I would advise you to do the same you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for the quick and efficient install.

Jake from Jim's antennas was quick to put up a new antenna in bad weather. He was respectful and caring. The customer service centre ladies were helpful too. I didn't miss my favourite TV show, thanks to your quick response.

I found our problem was fixed quickly and was not too costly - found the issue quickly and replaced the part . We had a HDMI connection going to two TV Screens and it stopped working, it ended up being a splitter that needed replacing . Chris found the problem and was very efficient prompt and friendly

Called Jim’s to sort out the ABC, which had just vanished. Ryan was able to come that day, very friendly, nailed the problem and got into it. Efficient and professional. Reception now perfect.

I contacted Jim’s antenna’s my call was returned within 15 minutes as promised.
Paul came that day and arranged to come at my convenience he was on time and replace a much needed antenna no more pixels.

I had a new antenna installed by Cameron of Jim's Antennas in 2017 due to loss of signal from Channel 10. The same problem occurred again and Cameron came out promptly the next day at the promised time to diagnose the problem. He found the antenna was OK but needed to be moved ~ 3 meters to get a better signal. He did this for a nominal fee as the original antenna was guaranteed for 5 years.
Great service and highly recommended.

Jake was excellent - he clearly explained my options and carried out the job very professionally. He was also happy to answer further questions and give advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jake again in the future.

Jake turned upon time and after checking the antenna, recommended two choices and explained the pros and cons of each. The antenna was replaced and cables changed quickly and efficiently. Cost was less than quoted by others

Shocking service was told before Xmas someone will contact you. No call, rang back 2 weeks later we might call you by end of the day if not call us back.

On the dot he arrive and I left him to do his thing. Great job well done.

With no TV reception, I phoned Jims. I was informed Mark could be there tomorrow at 1300hrs.
Yes, he was running late and yes, I received a phone call to explain situation and Mark arrived not long after.
We discussed the reception problem and Mark checked the TV, then worked methodically along all the cables up to the the roof. The Booster was badly salt corroded and he showed me a photo (with a bit of rope holding it onto the arial). Mark had a replacement unit in his vehicle, explained the cost which was very reasonable. I gave the go ahead and he quickly fixed the problem. no mess, no fuss and I’m very satisfied.
