We had a blocked toilet and called Jims Plumbing to attend and give us a quotation but ultimately unblock the toilet. Expecting the quotation to be $100-$200 (which is what we paid the last time it became blocked) we asked them to attend. The technician arrived and advised that to unblock the toilet would cost $999. We told him that was a crazy price and not to proceed. They then demanded a call out fee of $132 which was reluctantly paid. Another plumber attended later that day and unblocked the toilet for $150. Do not use Jims Plumbing!

Paid over $600 to get a leaking garden tap replaced. I advised [name removed] I thought the price was ridiculous, but he assured me this was the 'normal' price. He also quoted a further $1,267 (plus call-out fee if not done immediately) to replace 2 more taps in the laundry and bbq area. Needless to say I did not take him up on that offer.

Prompt and friendly service. Price that was quoted was the price we ended up paying. Left job site neat and tidy at the end, considering the front yard was dug up in 2 places.

Called Jim’s plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix hot water system and was made aware of the call out of $120 plus gst which is fine however the plumber comes round on the same day was here for less the 10mins failed to properly establish the problem and then gives a ridiculously high (nearly 3 times what it should cost) quote for a new tank. For this reason I would not and will not ever use their services again

Chad arrived on time (job no. 757372) very polite, explained what the problem was & options. Cleaned up after the job. Very thorough & provides a great service to the local Redlands area.

Hot water system didn't work and call them for repair and didn't realise they are charging $59 per 15 MINS ! The guys comes and check the board on the water tank and saying it's electrical fault and need electrician. Paid for outcall $110 + $118 + GST altogether $250.80 for doing nothing.... hot water system still not working. What a rip off.

Jake was polite and straight to the task. Hot water pipe was promptly fixed same day as my call. I'm happy with the repair. Would recommend to others for plumbing solutions.

Jake arrived promptly on a Sunday to attend to my broken hot water system. He was able to organise a replacement system Monday morning which was installed efficiently by Rhys. Both Jake and Rhys were professional and friendly - a credit to their organisation. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
