Called Jims this arvo, they had Adam at my house within 2hrs
Adam found the problem very quickly the unplugged the Drain & I can now do my washing again....yay lucky me :-)

Great friendly service, on time and called ahead to let us know when on his way. Explained the issues and the rectification clearly so we understood what was being done.

Called to change water taps which I bought with 129$ from Bunnings . Call out fee is 132$ and charged me 490$ to change it . I didn’t know what the usual price Was . If I said no, I would loose 132$ . Given that I didn’t know what the usual price was, I said yes to save 132$ . In total 612$ to change one water tap . When I called another plumber, he said 60$ for one tap . Otherwise, he was good and did some cleaning after that .he was very punctual.

Adam is a lifesaver prompt efficient he didn’t hang around to charge more just got on with it and he knows his stuff 5star for sure I will recommend Jim’s plumbing to friends and family

Adam and James we’re very helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. Diagnosed the problem instantly and had it fixed the next day. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing or electrical works.

I was charged $900 for a weekday, daytime plumbing callout in suburban Perth. To check a gas heater for a possible leak, 15 minute job, no parts supplied.
I sent a complaint to Jim's company online service. Still waiting for any reply, 7 days now.

James E was on time, tidy, quoted clearly and did a solid job! I will never use a Jims service again however due to above market pricing. I did not expect to pay $622 (incl. call out fee) to stop a leaking bathroom basin tap. Plumbers have since asked to see the quote to try get a better understanding of what was actually charged for. I trusted the Jims brand and feel disappointed by this.

James E from Jim's Plumbing fixed our blocked sewer pipe efficiently. Before arriving he called to say he was on his way. Once on-site, he identified the problem, called me on the phone, explained the issue & clearly outlined the cost to do the job. Job well done James.

I had the the company to come out to take a look at the hot water system which was leaking badly and got the untimely news of needing to replace it. James E explained this all in layman's terms and offered replacements. No surprise costs, a professional job.

I recently got a quote for repairs to my hot water system, thankfully call out fee was waivered. I had previously been given a quote over the phone via another company and then a 3rd company came to the house.
1st quote was $310, 3rd quote was $300 and Jims Plumbing came in at $1387, for that price I thought maybe he was fitting a whole new system. I was absolutely disgusted that it was $1000 difference, especially when the others were almost the same.
I will not be calling Jim's again for anything.

I was quoted 4560 to supply and install a rheem hot water system .When I asked if there was a cheaper model than Rheem was told no Rheem is the cheapest.. I was physically laughed at when He asked me how much I wanted to spend and I said roughly around 1500.I have since had a system supplied and installed for 1425. I was quoted over $3000 just for the system alone.I had researched before hand and knew the system I had was priced around 100 to 1200. Do not call Jims plumbing for hot water systems repairs unless you want to be ripped off

Cam is most professional and friendly. He has done an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Cam has also advised me of future work I may need doing. I will certainly be considering this and would contact him in this regards.

Cam and Luke were prompt and polite and provided modern diagnostic techniques so that I was able to make an appropriate decision about how resolve the problem. The service was first class and I will unreservedly recommend it.
