Great Mower. Expensive to send to Dealer to maintain so doing it myself
Great ride, we have 2 acres and mows really well. 3.5 hours per week more often in the spring.
I would certainly buy another if I need too but this one has 400hrs and still going well. Recommend to who ever wants one. Just as said the maintenance bill is excessive, learn to do it yourself including blade sharpening or replacing

Great Tractor, but not perfect.
I recently purchased a JD X300 with rear bagger. Tractor handles great, don't buy weights to mow until you are sure you need them. The tractor is not as user friendly to maintain the exterior as it could be. It's hard to clean up and wax. Plastic scratches easily. It needs a fuel gauge. The standard steering is very nice and very reasonable. I got a 42"C deck and it gives a very nice cut. It needs a knob for the seat adjuster lever. The twin rear bagger picks up well, but could really use a lot of redesign. With the Kawa engine, it's one of the best buys you can get if you need a rear bagger also.
Handles nicely, very reliable, and a nice cut.
No fuel gauge, hard to keep clean and "pretty". Rear bagger use leaves a lot to be desired.
