This product is perfect, can't with to jump on it!
We bought this trampoline Yesterday. My 2 year old son and my 40kg Wife both jump on it with no problems. We get the enclosure as we are planning to install it at high level.
It’s very light and easy to move to a new spot, and it doesn’t rock or wobble.
My toddler’s ability to jump, climb, go up and down stairs has definitely improved since getting his own trampoline.
I’d definitely recommend this trampoline

Great value that lasts.
Kids love it.
Our 8ft has lasted 5 years where now we have replaced the net and the mat, it's like new again.
Good value and there are some extras you can get with them like the water mist addition, we brought that today, works well.
Purchased in June 2021 for $275.00.

Excellent quality and value
We bought this trampoline 3 months ago. My 2 year old son and my 80kg husband both jump on it with no problems. We didn’t get the enclosure as we are planning to install it at ground level.
Currently it’s on the lawn. It’s very light and easy to move to a new spot, and it doesn’t rock or wobble.
My toddler’s ability to jump, climb, go up and down stairs has definitely improved since getting his own trampoline.
It was much easier to put together than I expected. My husband went outside to start and by the time I went out to help he had already done it (around 45 minutes).
I like that I can get a cover to keep the gumnuts, bird poo etc. off it as we like to have it under a shady tree.
I’d definitely recommend this trampoline.

Poor quality and disappointing customer service
Over the years we have had many trampolines. Almost all "Action Sports" brand as I couldn't justify spending $1500 or more on a trampoline that sits out in the weather. have had 10, 12 and 13' versions but our yard is small and he is the only one using it so I thought I would try a small one to save space. Max user weight rating of the trampoline is stated as 100kg so I thought it would be OK. I purchased it in March this year. Recently one of the legs had almost completely failed, bent inwards and caused the frame to split near the welding. The welding is strong, the frame is not. The springs have over-stretched. It is very obvious this trampoline is not designed for anywhere near 100kg for someone actually jumping on it. 3 months old I thought i'll ask Jumpstar to refund and purchase something heavier duty from them. they refused to honour the warranty and told me it has been abused - after 3 months. The reviews on this website seem to be from people with small children saying how good the product is. If you have a very young child then this product might work for you. But if you have anyone over 10 please do NOT waste your money. I hope this review saves someone wasting their time and money.Purchased in March 2021 at Jump Star Trampolines.

are all weight rated and exceed Australian safety standards. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve this customer's particular issue, as our warranty department deemed the trampoline to have suffered misuse or accidental damage. The trampoline had been completely demolished within a period of just 3 months. The customer was offered a credit as a measure of goodwill, however would only accept a replacement if it was an upgraded size.Deena A. Your comment is a bit disingenuous. It was still going to cost me more than double to upgrade, which I was willing to do if refunded the original purchase price of the faulty unit. What exactly is "accidental damage"? Sounds like a product which is unable to fulfil its function adequately. Your representative offered me a discount (not a credit) off the published price which would have made it equal to the price I would pay if purchased through Gumtree rather than directly through your website. I think you made a mistake here. I am a genuine buyer, still in need of a decent trampoline for my son. But to save yourself a few dollars you have lost a customer and I hope others think seriously before buying a unit that is unfit for purpose, despite your claim of meeting the standard.Similar opinion? Fantastic Replacement Matts
We have had our 8ft round trampoline for almost 10 years now. In that time it has had constant use, and at times abuse :) by our 2 children and their friends through the neighborhood. It has been subjected to sprinklers, direct UV/Sunshine, bikes, scooters, dogs, shoes, heels, basketballs, footballs - you name it, they've tried it on the trampoline and it has stood up to it all.
