Bloody brilliant!!!!
Bought 11 months ago and feel in love with how easy it was to use. The front screen was faulty and the customer service we received was fantastic! Machine was back to us within 7 days with a new screen.
We are an extremely busy family of 6 and this machine has made life so much easier. We could never go back to what we had prior.

Very Robust Machine with a bit of Tinkering
I have had my Jura J9 for 4 years now and so far had no problems at all. I always find that when it makes the second cup its always better than the first. Better crem'a and as I like my short black hot you can adjust the temp to HIGH.I have read some reviews on here saying that their coffee is just warm, if you let the machine warm up say 10min you'll find you will get a hot cuppa as long as you have adjusted the temp. that you test the milk frother first to make sure that's its frothing. If not, then adjust and rotate the dial again and it will froth the second time. Make sure you push the rinse button after so the frother wont block!. Overall, After some practice and getting to know your machine it's an easy thing to use but make sure you clean and rinse the machine afterwards and use filtered or R/O water even better, your machine will love you for it! Luke warm coffee, not really worth the $$
After speaking to the enthusiastic sales people at Harvey Norman, I chose to upgrade my coffee machine from the Saeco Royal to the beautiful looking Jura J9.2 with automatic milk frother. Sadly from day 1 the milk temp taints what might be good coffee. I always prewarm my cup in the microwave which helps a little but no where near cafe quality coffee. Maybe there's a way to raise the milk temp?.. It's time to upgrade and I'm certain it won't be a Jura :(

Love it!
I purchased the J9.2 of Graysonline reconditioned for $1070, when it first arrived it was producing no head in the latte or cappuccino. So we were quite upset, but the wonderful Jura girl sent us out a small part for the machine, first one was stolen in the post but again the friendly Jura girl was great and sent out another. We are now in love with our machine beautiful coffee and easy to use. Thank you Jura will definitely recommend the J9.2.

he one year warranty it was fixed for free. The process was easy and make sure you keep your original box it comes in as it makes shipping easier. So down sides of this product is you have to buy lots of filters and cleaning products, which do add up in cost. As its past the one year mark and not under warranty anymore were not bothering with so many filter changers, so when this one breaks will definitely buy another Jura but a smaller version. When making a latte the milk comes from the milk nozzle but I have to move the cup along to the two centre nozzles for the coffee to come out into the cup The milk comes out from the nozzle but the coffee doesn't come out from behind the milk nozzle can you help me?

Sorry I do not have your model but mine doesnt have to move the cup to make lattes . Hope you dont have problems as Jura will use anything to avoid honouring warrantee. Customer service is zero but happy to send a bill.

Dear Linda, it sounds like a blocked shower head, please remove the drip tray, place your hand inside were the bin sits inside the machine feel up there is a flap please clean away all ground coffee and test the machine,
