Perfect each and every time
Jura is just the best coffee machine I have ever owned. It has all the options for a great freshly ground coffee.
It cleans itself and looks great in a minimalistic kitchen.
I have adjusted the grind and amount of water used to brew my best tasting coffee.

Best Coffee Machine I've Used.
The Jura Impressa Z5 coffee machine is a high quality unit with multiple options yet still very easy to use and durable.
Brisbane is notorious for its' hard water and this normally wreaks havoc with coffee machines. Apart from having built in cleaning cycles to both clean and decalcify the machine (using Jura's products to do so - with the assistance of prompts by the machine), you are also able to use their Claris filter system in the water tank which actually negates the need to decalcify. esh, great tasting coffee every time. I drink a lot of coffee (approx 10 cups day) so use a cleaning tablet once a week and the quality of coffee is noticeably improved by doing so. On this subject, I'd advise using Jura's tablets as if you check, you'll find the cheaper 'substitutes' have a totally different chemical composition. The machine uses either beans or pre ground though I've found most pre grinds are too fine for the machine - and what's the point of having a professional standard machine if you're not using freshly ground anyway! The grinder burrs are ceramic so are very durable. You can adjust the grind to suit your taste - as well as water temp, brew strength and amount of coffee made per pre-set. All these adjustments are a button press away. The interesting thing I found when I originally switched from stove top machine to automatic pressurized machines is that you actually use a lot less coffee as they're so much more efficient. Even taking into account a weekly cleaning tablet (around $25 for six tablets) and a monthly change (or 250 litres - it uses a bit of water as it cleans itself every time you shut it down) of Claris water filter (around $20 each), you still get cafe quality coffee at a fraction of the cost. You can leave the machine on (it has different energy saving cycles) and even on energy save it'll heat up in 30 seconds and be ready to make coffee. It has a milk frother which I'm told is very effective - I don't drink milk so honestly can't comment - and can make from ristretto to espresso to your taste. It also has dual spouts so 2 cups at a time (of the same product obviously) can be brewed.

What service!
Was recently given a good 2 yr old Jura I was having trouble working it out so took it to my nearest service centre in Myree Perth. To say the service was awful would be kind. The attitude was "there simple to use" No we haven't got time to show you how it works! Ring the 1800 number! It's probably obsolete anyway!
Moral of the story... don't buy one if you want any help once they have your money.

Love this machine
Having had a Jura Ena 5, I upgraded to this fully automatic machine and I absolutely love it. It makes great tasting coffee, is super easy to use and no problem at all to clean. It's good build quality and looks good on the bench! Id highly recommend. If only servicing and repairs to these machines wasn't so expensive... that's the one downside.

4 faults inside a year! Not fit for purpose.....
So after initially being very impressed with the machine we've just returned it after 12 months for a full refund given the number of different faults. Firstly the machine heating unit failed so it thought it was struggling to heat but was actually overheating the coffee. Since then it intermittently doesn't recognise the drip tray has been replaced, one of the grinder lights flashes on and off and the final straw was it kept jamming during the rinse cycle and powering off. Turn the machine back on and it rinses fine. Totally not acceptable so returned it this week.

The little things that bug me....
Great looking machine. Replaced my S9 Avant Garde that I had for 10 years. Great selection of drinks. Foam isn't as hot as I would like, but I will be getting the cup warmer soon.
Here is my complaint, even though it doesn't affect the workings of the machine at all. The water container had a sticker attached to it which said "Intelligent Water System" or something similar to that. Great coffee everytime
This machine replaced an older Jura replacing a machine stolen during a burglary. Again a very reliable machine that is fully automated and very easy to use and clean.
In summer I run a double espresso and put it in the fridge overnight, so then I can have the best iced-coffee in the morning by just adding full cream milk. I miss that when I travel.

Very over this machine
We have had our machine back around a week from being fixed and tonight it has come up with Error 8 then shuts itself down for a machine that should have very few issues and prompt you when it needs to be rescaled we seem to have got a lemon not what I expect for the amount we paid So very disappointed

Good as new after Capped-fee Service
My Jura Z5 is now over 7 years old. Until a month ago, everything worked perfectly every day for those 7 years. The coffee was always hot and the froth had perfect microbubbles. Then something happened that caused the water to divert straight to the lower tray, instead of through the ground coffee. I did some research and found it to be a problem with the brewer unit.

lesperson. Instead of trying to sell me a new coffee machine, he told me about a 'Premium Service' provided by Jura, where the cost of parts and labour is 'capped'. A quick search of the Jura web site confirmed that I could have my Z5 serviced, with a maximum fee of A $295. I sent my Z5 to the nearest Jura service agent, who was 600km way in Brisbane (Queensland). The agent, Crema Coffee Garage, replaced the brewer unit (and a long list of other parts that were worn out). They also replaced the water filter, cleaned the machine, and returned it via express parcel post ($35, which is really cheap for the size of the box). My Z5 is like new again. It's working perfectly. I could have spent thousands on a new coffee machine, but I'm glad that Jura offers customers the Premium Service option, as I quite like my Z5.1 comment

Z6 machine Error faults
We purchased this machine in October 2016 we turned it on Thursday morning for Error 8 to appear then Error 6 I called the 1300 number and was advised they would email me some troubleshooting ideas as I was at work at the time yet if I google Error 6 or Error 8 on you tube it says the machine needs to be returned to the factory so I wasted a day in arranging this I have re called and am now waiting s collection time I am disappointed given the amount this machine cost I am praying this is just a one off and will be fixed ASAP

Love good coffee ? buy this machine
Bought this machine this week as an upgrade from a different brand machine. The Z6 makes excellent coffee.
Matt from Harvey Norman and Annie from Jura were very helpful. Annie's knowledge of the machines and ability to demonstrate how to get the best performance out of this machine is excellent. It is easy to clean and maintain and once I adjusted from the older machine, this Z6 is very easy to use. After sales service cannot be faulted. It is good to know a phone call for help can answer any questions I have.

I am still very happy with the coffee the machine makes and how easy it is to use.
It is a classy coffee maker. This Z6 runs rings around my previous coffee machine (a different brand).

After sales service disappointing
Phone Jura no one bothers to get back to you.
Phoned a week ago and still no one has phoned. Disappointing to say the least
Machine only dispensing half cup one time and then proper cup the next.
Left messages for WA state manager and HN to praise them no one bothered to reply.

Using the recommended cleaning products I have no problems with great tasting coffee I like very strong coffee. Easy to clean it reminds you of when to clean. Fantastic Coffee Machine
Had my Jura Z6 for about a week now previously had a Nespresso & I can honestly say the Jura z 6 is fantastic. The coffee tastes great. Wished I had purchased it sooner. It makes beautiful coffee & is so easy to use. Jura customer service is exceptional had fantastic communication with one of the managers called George.
I would recommend this coffee machine to anyone that is serious about coffee as I am.

Milk not hot enough
Easy to use coffee tastes great. Machine Easy to clean. Finding coffee luke warm. Have changed setting to hot and still not to temperature it should be? Have heated cups. Still need to microwave coffee. I have coffee thermometer and not reading temperature a coffee should be. This was an expensive purchase. Can the temperature be adjusted somewhere else?

My Z6 is just three months old. It worked fine till Xmas then started intermittent major faults.

Good coffee but milk maintenance is absolute joke!
I must admit the coffee is great! And once the machine is setup it's fantastic and easy to use. However with all the good comes the REALLY BAD. First there is no milk container supplied, but you can purchase that separately ranging from a cheap glass for $40 or a thermos container for $120 or other options starting from $160 upwards.

purchasing it. Your milk system cleaning fluid costs $12 for 250ml. You require 15ml per clean (per day for me). That works out to be $263/yr just for the cleaning fluid. This doesn't include any other cleaning tablets, filters and rubber tubes which also need to be replaced. Wanted the best and got it
I checked out as many machines online and in store as I thought necessary and the Jura Z6 seemed to be everything I needed. Quality machine, quality of product, variety of product, ease of use, set up and cleaning.
The machine produces great coffee with so many different settings I can easily use to satisfy our friends and ourselves. Coffee strength, amount and temperature and milk/milk foam quantity and temperature for each drink can all be changed, and drink renamed if required quickly and simply. A lot of reviews for other automatics gave the impression that coffee was not hot enough on highest setting, the Z6 does not let me down on temperature.

Thank you for your question, please remove the drip tray, place your hand were the drip tray goes were the in sits inside the machine feel and check if there is any built up of coffee grounds.
Put hot water in the tank and test the machine. this should clear any air blockages.
