A non-irritating cream that works

My skin is easily irritated, other 'blemish' gels/lotions/creams irritate my skin and make the problem worse (particularly given the amount of un-natural chemicals in them). Most creams will dry my skin so I am left with a dry red patch where the pimple was - this cream doesn't do that at all.
Natural product, doesn't dry my skin out, and it works.
