I paid for my wine and they did not deliver. The communication is non existent. They keep telling me I received my wine. But I have proof it went elsewhere. I am going to the police with my proof. They are are scam. Bad news, do not deal with these people.

Wines are ordinary at best. You'd be better off raiding the discount bin at Dan Murphy's. I'm scared to open another bottle as it's very ordinary wine. It would be good to gift out to people you don't like.

I have been a member for many years and in that time Just Wines customer service has gone from good to abysmal. Impossible to reach by phone, do not answer messages or emails. So disgusted I'm looking at other clubs.

Two cases ordered. First case arrived 2 weeks before the other. Promised a free bottle did not get it, rang and was offered $10 voucher for the free $25 bottle.

Wonderful service. Great selection of wines, all reds from different regions including some great wine makers at a great price. Recommend the premium mixed reds to all. All delivered on time

A pleasant wine that at discount price is very drinkable. For my taste I prefer chardonnay to be more buttery but the citrus tones are there, even the melon. Again not entirely my kind of chardonnay but very drinkable. My wife likes it a lot

Still waiting for box of undelivered wines six weeks ago, will never see them. Do not go into any plan that Just Wines take money out of your account, it has now become a problem for me. there is no response to any phone calls. GOOD LUCK SUCKERS

Opened a bottle of 2011 Cherry Tree Hill Cabernet Merlot Museum Release last night 29th April, Have been drinking red wines since 1966 and this wine was not up to scratch, I believe that this wine has passed it's use by date and not even suitable to cook with. It's disappointing to now find that I have a second bottle sent in the same order. This would be the first since I commenced ordering from your Company that I have received a wine that was undrinkable

Not only does this wine taste good but it was good value from Just Wines! Great service + delivery in tough times! I purchased it because it is my dad's surname + my maiden name so I am drinking it on ANZAC Day to remember him! He was a Commando in WW2! Thank you Just Wines!

Solved a prolonged delivery issue with a very courteous and excellent approach to Customer Service. The issue became frustrating even with understandable delays. Just Wines worked through them in a very professional manner with the transport provider.

Nice mix of wines. Delivery took longer than anticipated, but I guess that is normal in these Covid-19 times! Enjoyable selection of easy drinking wines. Website is very clunky when searching for wine deals.

Ordered wine on 25/3, did not received until mid Apr. today one month later both fast way and just wine sending emails that wine is delivered but nothing. After all the drama asked to speak to manager, only get a customer service try to brush it off. Not worth an effort to buy any product from this company.

A nice dry rose, good depth of colour and great value for the price. Ordering was straight forward and the wine came in a reasonable time frame given the current circumstances.

I have been in "lock-down" while working in Broome so decided to buy a mixed case. A google search put me onto Just Wines. I had trouble ordering due to poor internet in my accommodation but did the online chat function and placed my order hassle free. My introductory offer was validated and an order placed via Christian (I think that was his name) and all was done. The only down side was nothing to do with Just Wines but with Australian Post but when the order arrived it was better than expected. I will most defiantly use them again.

Service and communication was 5 stars but the wines are definitely C grade. But I guess I have got what I paid for by only spending $75 a case. Will choose wisely next time.

Excellent selections of wines and good service. I have used a few times and will use again. Due to current COVID19 situation there was a slight delay in delivery but was worth the wait.

Ok, i wasn't after top shelf wines at the price i was paying but i was surprised at the quality of them. They far exceeded my expectations and i will definitely be purchasing again. Cheers
