Shocking! Took my money but product not received even after 14 days!
Product not received even after 14 days. When I called up sales before ordering this they told me that ample stocks are available at their WA warehouse and I will receive it within 1-2 days . The website also says it would take only 1-2 business days. No response to emails. Terrible service. When I posted this review on their official review page they said that they cannot publish it! Apparently they only publish positive reviews on their official page!

only 16 times !!!!!!!! I have asked it to be replaced urgently. Lets see how long they will take to do this. When I purchased this it took more than 15 days to arrive!!! Update - the faulty broom was collected only on 16/12/2019 and It has been more than a month now but I have not received a replacement.

Worth every cent.
Hey this is Lee, B just bought one of these for Christmas for me and it is great on hard floor and even very low pile carpet. Quiet and works really well and so light it's brilliant. I hate pulling out my vacuum cleaner and fighting with it every couple of days - this won't give you a full vacuum but its good to extend the time between vacuums. Only thing I noticed that is tough on it is long hair, but you just turn it upside down, slip scissors under the hair and cut straight across, and Bob's your Uncle. eight) because she's getting older and has someone come in once a fortnight to do a full vacuum but she has a couple of fluffy dogs and gets annoyed at fur drifts in between vacuums, and this just about lays right down and will get under and behind her beds and lounge all the way. Karcher KB5 Cordless Sweeper - Cute Little Gadget!
Have had this item for a week now (purchased free with Coles Flybuy's) and it really is a cute little gadget. Lightweight, pretty easy to put together (just push the handle pieces on floor to join together with inserts as it's a bit tight) and fun to use. Comes with rechargeable battery and dust tray that is simple to remove and empty. Handle tilts to get right under furniture and you can tilt the base to store away easily. light turns to red. It mentions you can run over the carpets with it, but it won't work on rugs with a shaggy pile (only flat carpet). Works great on my tiles and laminated floors. And has a 2 year warranty which is good. Reminds me of the old fashioned style carpet sweeper from the old days, except this one is battery operated. Just an update, have used for almost 3 months now. Have worked out it won't turn on if the bin is full and also if you get things stuck around the roller. I sucked up some string and it got caught around the roller. Power wouldn't come back on until I had removed it, so a good idea to clean the roller brushes underneath every now and again as well.

I am so happy with the performance of this little gem
It has definitely surprised me. The light weight machine with the handle is the on off switch. The charging is superf fast and so easy to empty. It is very surprising to see how much it collects.
I am very happy that I purchased it, I should have got one back in January but put it off

Great for quick and easy sweeping of tiled floors
Firstly, this isnt as big as it looks on the website, it's really quite small. The package is so small I wondered what it was initially, but putting it together is easy. It is great for quickly and easily sweeping the floor. It is very very light, easy to use and maneuver, fairly quiet, easy to empty the bin and doesn't take too long to charge. d floor. It isn't good at picking up bird feathers though. It also doesn't work on our carpets, which are long pile but works well on our tiles. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a quick, easy to use, lightweight floor sweeper. It is so much easier, lighter and quicker than pulling out our vacuum. Can you leave the k5 on charge when not in use?

Hi Kerryrn, I leave my KB5 plugged into charger when not in use, so I always know it has good power when I want to use it.
