Ordered on 5th April, still waiting delivery. Had a call two weeks ago apologising for the delay and order should be delivered next day. Was understanding and expected due to COVID. Thought it odd though because Austpost tracking said they only had shipping information. Still waiting delivery. Emailed support a week ago because you can't call, no reply. Emailed again 2 days ago still no reply. Even if there are logistical issues, there's no excuse for ignoring and treating customers like this. This is supposed to be a major clothing company not a dodgy eBay seller.

Submitted and paid for a jacket on the 15th of April. Got a “Thankyou for your order” email straight away. Since then... nothing but the sound of crickets. They have my $200 so they are happy.

Multiple emails have now gone unanswered simply asking for an update.

Only bit of contact was messaging on Instagram when they asked me for my order number. After providing that I have not heard anything.

Website states allow up to 14 days to receive items during Covid-19. Now 19 days and no suggestion it has even been processed ready to be shipped.

At this stage I wish I went with the other brand I was looking at and will never trust this brand with my money again.

Hi everyone if you ask Australia Post what’s going on with delivery like I did still waiting for something ordered 10/4 they tell you their sorting facility is four weeks behind schedule! hey then it needs to get to your location then it needs to get delivered to your door- don’t expect it inside a month I have another order from another company still showing not collected from facility but company assured me it was picked up on 1/4 so tracking details are not being updated either.i have purchased heaps from Kathmandu and never had an issue the fault is the carrier not the supplier

Quite easy to shop and checkout but thats about it ! After that they dont looks after you anymore !
I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and i have not received my orders, it has been stuck in one of the facilities and not going anywhere i have had deliveries from interstate that i ordered way later than my kathmandu order and they are all here compared to this one that is coming from truganina which is 20kms away from where i live ! They all blame it to corona virus but obviously thats not the case when all my deliveries from other shops are here. Very unhappy customer here !

I feel my complaint is the same as so many on here. Ordered 4th April, was given aus post tracking number very quickly, but my jacket has not shown up. There is no movement on my shipment whatsoever. No one is answering my emails. I just want to cancel and have my money back. Easy to click and order.
Shame on you Kathmandu. You’ve so many front retail store workers that could be assisting in the work load. This is not aus post fault. I’ve ordered from other sellers at later dates and already have my orders.

over three days attempting to open an account online as I am a member, absolutely no success, I have a gift card to spend and want to buy an item with a top up amount, they obviously don't want people's business and currently phone contact IS NOT AVAILABLE. My whole experience has been very poor.

Online order that may or may not have been dispatched 28 days after taking money from my account. No way of knowing what is happened to my order as the vague responses from their online customer service is the same generic COVID statement that things have been delayed, cannot tell me where my order is and are, at this time, refusing to refund my money.

Just bought a jacket off this website. I had to become a "member" or pay an inflated price. Not only that they attempted to charge additional $10 for this offensive marketing campaign. Really? just state the price and stop making customers jump through hoops. Will avoid purchasing again due to this.

I think Kathmandu is taking people's money and not sending the products. Have ordered on 5th April and items not received as yet. It's a shame. The only answer that they can give me is that it's coming and the tracking number is not always accurate. Really?? Have complained with Aust Post and they told me that with the tracking number provided that I should have received the items a long time ago even with delays. What you are doing with your clients money Kathmandu? Almost a month and where are my jackets??? Disgraceful!! They don't even have customer phone line anymore... They have changed their website with new products...are you hiding something?

Very poor customer service, ordered jacket from them which was XL and received XXL instead, have sent so many emails, no one can be bothered to look at it.

Waiting almost 4 weeks for a delivery. Order was not picked for delivery for a week and Kathmandu are simply blaming Aus Post. I have ordered many products since this purchase and all have arrived.

First time ordering jacket online on the 4/3/20 and it is the 27/4/20 and still jacket has not arrived.
Sent an email weeks ago re this and still no response.
Absolutely disgraceful service COVID or No COVID.

Good prices and good gear but there online shop and delivery is disgraceful, still not received after 11 days and the items are in stock, not even sent!! Corona or no Corona, very bad.

I beg to differ with the rest of the reviews. My husband and I have been Kathmandu customers for over 10 years now and have no angst with them. I always have been treated with great customer service both online and at our local Pagewood Eastgardens store. The staff were always nice and professional, but then, I always treat them nicely. Also, at this time with the Covid-19, a lot of staff have been stood down. I am sure that any return time period can be extended.

The online ordering is easy as is paying for the items but Customer service non existent afterwards. Never returned phone messages left or emails sent. Items were ordered and paid but 2 weeks later still not even sent.

Ordered online - 5th April. Wrote an email a week after with no reply, I have no receipt or email confirmation from Kathmandu about my order. The only evidence I have of the purchase is my credit card which shows payment to Kathmandu came out on the 5th April. There is no record of my purchase through my orders in the my account section of their website. I have no reply to my 3 emails to Kathmandu support, and no reply from contacting via Facebook messenger. My item has not shown up and there’s been no word from them. It’s been 15 days since my purchase. Their website says add an extra 5 days into shipping of (max) 7 days. So it should have arrived by now. No clue what Kathmandu is doing.

Stay away from their online purchasing they are just horrible and do not care!! Purchased a jacket online 2 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived. I have written over 15 emails with no reply. Once they have your money they are finished with you.

I ordered my jacket on 7 th April but I haven’t received yet even I tried to contact them many times but they didn’t gave me any reply. They didn’t gave any response to my mail I don’t know what is status of my parcel. Useless customer services
