Very disappointing warranty. Would not recommend.
I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable pack. I only used it for 3 overseas trips over 3 years and the fabric in the shoulder straps teared. It was only at this point that I found out there was only a 1 year warranty and that I would have to pay for the repair (when it was very clearly a fault in the fabric). This is extremely poor and clearly reflects the expectation that Kathmandu have in the durability for this pack (particularly when most other packs on the market of similar cost have a minimum 10 year warranty). ...Read more
This is the first time I have ever left a review for a product but I feel it is necessary for people considering this purchase to know what they are getting into (particularly because the information about the warranty is not readily available online).Purchased in December 2021 at Kathmandu.

Great but small
Bought Entrada and it’s been great. However, in comparison with other 65L bags other girls had on a recent trip, I realised it was actually quite a bit smaller. So I doubt the claim it is 65L (I have found Kathmandu sizing on a variety of items is inconsistent). Otherwise, it’s sturdy and versatile. I agree with other comments the day pack is too small. Plus there is no water bottle side pockets which is essential in hotter climates. Otherwise the condensation from the bottle in your bag wets everything.

Loved the backpack but the daypack is too small!
The Entrada backpack is the perfect size for long term travel. It was comfy and easy to use.
I struggled with the daypack being too small. If you want to fit two water bottles in it and overnight clothing it is just not practical.
After 1 year and 3 months of travel this bag ended up with 4 large holes in it.

Entrada Pack 65 litre
I have already written a review on this backpack. I have had it about 3-4 years and travel extensively. I have just returned from backpacking Cairo to S.Africa overland entirely on public transport. Heavy use over 7 months. No problem. Backpack is fine. Finally had to chick the small pack as the zip went. Bought a new cheap one and promptly had all my things stolen on the train in S. Africa. Be careful when you travel in S. Africa!

Such a great pack!
I took this pack with me on a World Challenge expedition earlier this year, super comfortable and lots of space! The day pack that comes with it is extremely handy when you dont wanna carry your pack with you everywhere. Real sturdy and well worth the money! highly reccomend :-)

Really great pack
I took this pack around Canada/USA/Mexico.. I was amazed at how much I managed to fit it (20kgs worth at one point!).. I mean I REALLY crammed the thing full.. and was amazed the seams didnt give at all.... the zips were super strong and at no point was I worried about them busting. The harness is comfortable and zips away for travelling, the pack is easy to lock every aspect, rain proof.. I loved that the zip goes all the way round to easily access your stuff + has a pocket at the top for last minute little bits.
I threw out the day pack be...Read more
cause I needed a bigger one.. but I really struggle at packing light.. (and thought it was totally ugly having a matching bag.. haha) so can imagine for others it would be fine! Purchased at one of Kathmandus million 1/2 price sales... I wouldn't buy it (or anything from this store full priced..) but definately worth it 50% off! size, durability, simple, secure ugly day packSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

how do you attach a sleeping bag
2 answers
I didn’t attach one. I didn’t need sleeping bag where I went. I would recommend you get the sleeping bags that reduce to a very small size and put it inside the backpack. Katmandhu sell them and they go down to -20 degrees C.
I didn't use one either. If you weren't going to attach your day pack to the bag you could use those straps but I would probably recommend you get a bag that's made for trekking.

how do you attach a sleeping bad

Unfortunately I cannot answer this. I never used one. If you have a sleeping bag that compacts into a small unit it could be packed inside.
