Nice mixer but pretty poor agent support
The Kenwood KMIX was great and very pretty on the kitchen counter. However, after only few uses the plastic base of the glass bowl that enables the bowl to lock into the mixer cracked. Since the KMIX was only a few months old, I called up Service Sphere, Kenwood's authorized service provider.
The level of service was very slow and fail to take any accountability. It took over a month, and that too after contacting Kenwood, I was able to get a replacement unit.
