The Glass bowl Stuck and can't be removed at all
Got this mixer last week, it comes with a lot of whisk attachment for your baking needs.
The first time i used it i heard this clicking noise that i ignore thinking it is normal. it mixes fine anyway.
Though on the third use i cant seem to detach the glass bowl from the mixer after using it. It turns out the plastic ring around the bottom of the bowl detaches itself from the glass so i have a free wheeling glass bowl that i cant remove since the plastic is the one that secures the whole assembly.
got it returned straight away. so if you are looking for a stand mixer get one with a stainless steel bowl instead because it is one assembly.

You could do a more Rigorous Quality Assurance when manufacturing the glass bowl, or change the design of the glass bowl, so that if the plastic base got detached from the glass when it is still attac... Read more
hed to the mixer, the whole glass bowl assembly could still be removed. As for me i got a full refund from the good guys so i'm happy and thinking about getting a mixer with a stainless steel bowl.Kenwood t.Kenwood
