    Terrible instructions

I purchased a Kenwood KM280 mixer from Good Guys Tamworth and on arriving home and unpacking it .We found the instruction booklet was more about Food Processors and very little on the mixer. So we rang customer service and was promptly told we bought the bottom of the range mixer, even though it was close to $200.00 and that is all the instructions you get, it does not tell you how to remove the mixing tools, it does not tell you where small items that are wrapped separately fit into the machine, basically the whole instruction sheet is useless as is the after sales service,.

Purchased the mixer from the Good Guys Tamworth, in the box are individually wrapped items so we looked in the instructions first, more about Blenders etc than the mixer, could not work out where plug went, rang Australian Help desk for Kenwood, to be told that we purchased the bottom of the range mixer so that is all the instructions that come with it. You cannot work out how to remove the tools for mixing from the machine without putting undue pressure on the appliance. The woman even said you put in tools before turning it on, we of course said there is nowhere to say not to and we did not want to apply power until we knew what to do, she then agreed. Useless service and poor attitude and instructions.
