Very Slow Postage, Shocking Customer Service
I have purchased 2 times from K.g, both were very slow delivery,
The first purchase was from their own online store, took over 2.5 weeks (Mel to Syd to Perth to Syd to Bulah)
2nd slow purchase was on Ebay, i left a negative feedback, K.g some how had it completely removed,
All they say is Postage is out of our hands but do nothing to help or satisfy you or yet even improve their Postage service.
All this topped off with a side of Rude Customer Service.
Don't bother calling them you may well be treated with hostility like i was.
The perfect Online store to Avoid, never again for me, my Family and Friends.

Heller fan faulty x2
First fan we received was broken. (Fan head flopped due to split part.) Replacement went smoothly. 2nd fan (replacement) was epically loud, even on the lowest setting, and customer service became terrible. Will not purchase from company again. Should not have to pay to ship back a defective product, and should not be financially penalised (not reimbursed full amount) for said faulty product.

I was sent the wrong product. Ridiculous customer service no help at all.
I ordered a product online and was sent the wrong one. Then I was told to send it back because they had the product I wanted in stock. Then I was told they didn't. And they offered me a partial refund so I would keep the product. I was offered $10 which I thought was a joke. So now I have to send back a big trunk and then wait for my refun.

Christmas ruined
My daughter was in tears Christmas morning as the keyboard did not work. It just made a deep vibrating sound. I Contacted the store after our holidays as I thought they’d be closed over the Christmas break and they told me I had to pay shipping to return because I was outside the timeframe this will cost me more than the keyboard. Can’t believe they think I should have to do this when the product is clearly faulty. Guess we’ll have to keep it until I can take it to the tip! Terrible experience won’t deal with them again!

Vs Sassoon hair clippers
I Purchased a set of VS Sassoon clippers from KG electronics which was advertised on eBay.
It was easy to find and using the checkout process was very easy.
It came well packaged with corded clippers/colour-coded combs and instruction on how to blend your haircut to the perfect shape and style.
The clippers work great and cut the hair very clean.
It Comes with combs and even oil for the blades.
I was pleased with the price and is great quality.
I looked at other brands and found the prices to be a lot higher and the quality was questionable.

Great Service - fast Delivery
I placed an order for Tape Dispensers, got immediate confirmation. Next day received shipping details, then a couple of days later goods arrived. Quality items! Highly recommended. Their Ebay shop also offered an additional discount, which I took advantage of.

Doss 32pc Precision Screwdriver
I recently bought the "Doss 32pc Precision Screwdriver" from KG Electronic's eBay store.
It arrived on time and I have been pleased withe the quality of the screw bits. They are clean, precisely manufactured, and work well.
For around $20, less eBay discount, it is a good value kit with a broad range of bit sizes and kinds.

Product was faulty after seven months, and I had to pay to send product back but was told as long as its faulty they will pay the postage for the replacement kettle. They confirmed product was faulty and then told me this kettle was no longer available. They then asked if I wanted another similar coloured kettle instead as a replacement. Very dodgy
My husband bought a play truck for our baby boy from these mob from the website catch.com.. The price tag was about 80$ and the pictures gave the impression that it’s made of die cast and worth the $$.. Excellent Customer Service
I proceeded purchased a purple toaster through ebay.
My toaster broke after a year, with a 2 year warranty. I honestly thought it would be pointless trying to get an exchanged or my toaster fixed, and I've had issues in the past with companies after I've purchased an item, but i called anyway. I purchased a floor fan online on Trade Me in February 2022. After waiting 3 weeks of not having received the fan I phoned NZ post with the tracking number. They advised me that the fan had been delivered to a person who signed for the parcel who was not of my household. Never buy from them ever again
I’m a disabled person. I bought some talking scales online from these people and one for my sisters birthday also who has a terminal illness. However when she opened it it was smashed in a million pieces literally as it’s glass. I sent photos to them but they wanted us to send the unit back before they would send a replacement saying it was a requirement of the supplier with no thought at all of our rights or that we’d already paid them for what were smashed goods. d just write it off and issure a refund or a replacement without all this hassle but these people are not putting consumers first and expect after having been paid then for us to jump through more hoops and wait another couple of weeks before them sending out a replacement. If you buy from them and something goes wrong be very wary. BETTER still I STRONGLY ADVISE DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Customers treated like this once the money is in the till are signs that the company isn’t consumer oruentated and will inconvenience customers greatly when products are damaged putting the onus on you to fix the problem even though they have been paid. And you will have to wait until they decide to send you a replacement. I won’t be able to return the goods due to physical disabilities so I will lose $40 but I will post this here as well as give NSW Fair Trading a call and report them to ACCC as people who are disabled should not be forced to comply with rules they are unable to.1 comment

Delayed delivery. Wrong description. No response.
I bought the Usb cables online and recieved them after 16 days though it was advertised delivery 3-5 business days.
I bought brand new cables but received used cables.
10 days after I purchased and haven't recieved the item, I contacted resolation team and they responded the next day asking me to wait til next week. Then next week still no delivery. I cobtacyed them again. No response. Then the item came 16 days after I purchased in used condition without product packaging (just 2 cables in an envelop) though it was described brand new when I bought it. Contacted resolution team again. Still no response after 4 business days.
I feel there is no respect to customers.

DO NOT TRUST - Money taken - Nothing sent
Ordered a toaster and kettle in good faith from this company via ebay on 08 Mar 18. It is now 19 Mar 18 and items have not even been dispatched. KG Electronics have not replied to any request for information regarding taking my money and not sending the goods. Dispute case has now been officially opened with Paypal.
Recommend buying from a reputable well known company so you don't have to deal with this companies terrible service!

Hi Kez I've dealt with this company before and not with good results. Keep on top of them, message them at least once a day and call them as well. If you've paid by paypal open a request straightaway otherwise contact your bank. I know they do what seems to be to good to be true deals, but with my experience that's all they are to good to be true! Best of luck and I hope everything works out ok for you☺
