Store was easy to navigate with some help from the staff. I liked the range of fabrics and fabric colours, and almost all the sofas I sat on in store were very comfortable. Would defiantly take clients in to King Living Castle hill again.

Great furniture

We got a jasper 2 sofa and aspen coffee table. Excellent quality and design. The delivery gents, Sam and Karl were very helpful with setting up the furniture too.

The triple layered sofa is thick enough to withstand scratches from our pets and easy to clean. I like how it’s modular so we can shift things around to turn it into a day bed when guests arrive. The coffee table is solid and heavy goes well with the timber shelves on the sofa. All in all we are very happy with the purchase

Great products and knowledgeable and helpful service. Nicole was also very helpful in managing the changes that needed to be made to my cushions as the original order was not filled correctly. Very Helpful and patient staff

The first time I was in the Chatswood store I was welcomed and asked if I needed help, I was then able to walk around and browse without being followed and helped when needed. I was given information and not pressured at all. Today when I went back in I was helped by Jackie. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose lounge coverings by helping match fabric I had brought in from another lounge. She was also very patient and showed me many fabric options for cushions.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Annandale showroom. Carol listened carefully to our request and with her professionalism and knowledge led us to purchasing our first ever piece of King Living furniture! Carol made the daunting process of purchasing a lounge so much easier by providing us with ample time to become familiar with the lounge and all of it’s functions. My dream lounge...the JASPER II !!

It was my second visit to the Annandale store to view the store on sale.
I immediately took advantage to buy my dream lounge of 10 years...the Jasper! My partner and I looked around the store, soaking up the beautifully Australian made design and quality. I was approached by a sales representative Carol who was extremely relaxed, friendly and informatitive, bringing me all fabric options then explaining the purchasing process and making it a wonderful shopping experience.

We came to the store on a Sunday evening about 15mins before closing time. We knew what we wanted and just wanted to see it in person and select a fabric. Carol helped us make the decision and was very informative. Explaining everything there was to caring for the sofa, which fabric was in season or trending along with how to maintain when there is a stain. She made the purchasing decision easy and she was efficient while working quickly given that the store was closing, she didn't sacrifice the time for effort in ensuring we were comfortable with our big purchase and know everything there is. Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
