I am usually very picky when it comes to furniture quality and comfort level. I have to say, King Living have both comfort and quality. All couches are well designed and provide great support. Choice of fabrics are also fantastic. It was hard for us to pick one out of so many!

We love the product but more especially our customer service rep Sucheta. She knows the ins and out of every furniture piece. Very patient and helpful.

We went to the King store in Northmead and was served by Gulistan. She was not only friendly but also very helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations which made our decision so much easier. Gulistan was also very accommodating to my kids by letting them watch a movie so they’re not bored :) overall Gulistan made our experience feel so much better and easy.

I had already researched my lounge online. Walked in to look at fabric options. Bought lounge whilst in store. Store lay out spacious and welcoming. Staff very knowledgeable and calm.

The Northmead store had a great range and well set out. Being that we are in Coronavirus times, the appt set up was very well timed. My assistant Sucheta was extremely helpful and made my experience very enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience with Melania from King living in Northmead. We booked an appointment due to COVID19- we went to see her because of the Sales they have on offer of the lounge that I've always wanted to have. Melania helped us for two hours, showed various leather colours and helped us make decisions on the coffee table/ottoman. Melania has been an amazing salesperson, very professional and kind. I would like to also thank her manager for helping me through with the purchase. I am excited to have my Jasper II sometime in July.

I didn’t receive my lounge after four delays with the delivery date so I cancelled my order and I’m still chasing them for the balance of my deposit money back. I’ve already given my old lounge away & they did not care. Rubbish customer service.

I loved King Living Northmead because from the time i stepped into the store i loved everything i saw. The sales staff was amazing and very patient & helpful. Best descission i made.

Due to COVID lockdown we were able to book in a personal appointment for almost 2 hours to be able to select the lounge we needed for our new house. Sucheta was very kind during the whole time and was suggesting ideas to get the best available option to us. I would highly recommend her and the store as they have the best variety of lounges.

Yes it was easy to navigate the store. There were a range of products available. Gulistan offered great service and was very patient while i was searching the store. She had fantastic customer serivce and would most definitely go back to her for future purchases.

Love Kings furniture. As a decorator I have always found wow factor in Kings furniture. Wide range of leather and fabrics is really helpful to buy everything under one roof. Sucheta at Northmead was very helpful in selecting products and her knowledge for product was remarkable.
