King furniture has a reputation, therefore it was an easy decision to make and I bought a lounge set. But I was disappointed as the rods rusted within 10 months or atleast I realised it within 10 months of the delivery. King furniture was quick to acknowledge and has now replaced the covers and rods free of charge. The service, delivery people were wonderful.. that is your saviour, King furniture! The guys who came to replace the covers and rods were responsible, helpful and polite. They reassured me about the product and my purchase.

The products are beautiful. I have them in my office. I had the final piece being the armchair delivered today. Each piece is perfect. My shop assistant was fantastic and gave me great advice. I had the pieces delivered and assembled at my office. Sam and Karl were great and were easy to deal with and even adjusted the other pieces in my room so it looks perfect. Thank you

King living service is exceptional. From the sales to the time of delivery, it has been smooth and easy. Sam & Karl delivered and assembled our Delta III sofa. After seeing an ad in a magazine, we spoke with Gulistan at Northmead and received amazing service. She made time to go through options and recommendations. I was very impressed.

The product we bought suited our needs perfectly. I had not previously come across a similar sofa bed where the design was modern, the bed exceedingly easy to extend and the comfort not compromised by the design. .

Gulistan was very helpful and followed up with an emailed quote and then a phone call to confirm receipt. Great service and follow up. We await the arrival of our sofa in April 2020.

the quality is there, however i have to try it first in my own place first.
