I received the most AMAZING service from Iain Gilbert. He spent nearly two hours patiently answering all my questions, showing me a wide range of suitable options, providing possible alternatives, going through a huge number of sample colours and advising the best colours for our apartment. Iain was incredible. His product knowledge was fabulous, his patience was endless, his advice was brilliant and his desire to go above and beyond was obvious. He also gave me myriad samples to take away in order to help me choose the right colour. Iain was fantastic and deserves to be paid DOUBLE!!

Arrived and greeted by Bev, who was amazing to deal with. We managed to get our new sofa ordered and sorted so easily, everything was clear and Bev was so incredibly helpful.

When greeted by Iain as we entered the store he offered two options: Can I help? Or would you prefer to wander? Great start, direct and customer based. He was able to answer all questions with confidence and clearly knew the product. We had admired these couches for a long time so there was no need to convince us of the quality, design and environmental features. When later we emailed with a question, Iain sought the State manager and then the design team regarding fabric. Couldn't ask for more patient and helpful customer service. Looking forward to receiving the couch.

Fantastic service by the Bev at the Cheltenham King Living store. She helped us find the perfect solution for our living room in a colour we love. We were very happy with the experience.

Store lay out is fabulous. Sales people are extremely helpful. Disappointed with the fabric I chose fading after 12 months. But the couch was/is made to such a high standard. If I had to buy another couch, I would buy the Uno 3 seater again. Absolutely love my couch. Love, love, love.

The store was easy to find with heaps of parking.
We ended up purchasing everything we needed for our new home, modular couches, dining table, ottoman, table plus more! Amazing quality and can’t wait for the delivery.
We weren’t going to purchase the bed but was so impressed with the options we purchased both king bed plus mattress.

The Cheltenham store was light and expansive with a large range of products. In the end, on the basis of the quality, it was an easy decision to buy the sofa after having seen a number of competitors' products. The decision making was made even easier by the personal, professional and informative approach provided by Jane.

Bev in Cheltenham King was very helpful and had great advice for us. Much appreciated and can't wait for our new lounge. The whole team were great offering coffee and water, but Bev really gave us a great hand.
