We bought a leather Jasper approx 2 years ago and really considered it an upmarket purchase. Fast forward to now - the leather has discoloured all over and customer service is saying 1. We have to pay a call out fee to have them assess it and 2. The warranty has ended so we are on the hook for it.
This is so abhorrent.
My previous sofa which was bought from a no name furniture story for 1/10th of the price never discoloured in over 24 years. I would expect more from A King Sofa and also their customer service.

Visited the Richmond showroom looking for information about the Seymour High Swivel chair and was assisted by Paulette who was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving some good advice. The thing I like about King is that they are not pushy. They let the great quality of their furniture speak for itself.

We were looking for a sofa and coffee tables. We were looked after by Paulette - her knowledge of the product was wonderful and we were able to purchase a sofa, chair and tables for our home. She provided advice re colour and sizing of the coffee tables. Now we can’t wait for our delivery
