Ordered online. The website was easy to navigate and got what I was looking for. Sam and Karl delivered the product very efficiently and placed it delicately where I wanted it.

Lounges were presented nicely and in separate areas so it was easier to navigate. Customer service was wonderful and Shannon was super easy going and willing to help. So many fabrics to choose from as well so you'll get exactly what you're after. Can't wait to receive our Zaza lounge.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Chatswood store thanks to Jackie and Rina. They took their time to help me find the ideal furniture set up, and kept me closely updated of production delays. Extremely satisifed with the overall experience. Originally went in for a sofa, but ended up buying more than 10 pieces of furniture thanks to their excellent service.

Carol was our service person. She was helpful, and provided all our options without rushing us. She responded to all our questions, and organised the purchase delivery. We called after visiting, because we had to check the dimensions of our room, and she confirmed the difference.

We bought a leather Jasper approx 2 years ago and really considered it an upmarket purchase. Fast forward to now - the leather has discoloured all over and customer service is saying 1. We have to pay a call out fee to have them assess it and 2. The warranty has ended so we are on the hook for it.
This is so abhorrent.
My previous sofa which was bought from a no name furniture story for 1/10th of the price never discoloured in over 24 years. I would expect more from A King Sofa and also their customer service.
Beyond disappointed and feel betrayed

Our kingliving sofa was delivered this morning and it looks and feels amazing.
Our deliveries guys Sam and Karl were super friendly, moved the couch exactly where I wanted, and explained all of the components and configurations to me (and even took their shoes off when entering into our apartment). Our sales lady Jackie was also very helpful when we initially bought the sofa, and was very patient even after we changed our mind a few times as to colour and fabric. Overall amazing product and amazing service.

Indi went over and beyond to help me find older King lounge spare parts and mailed them to me. I highly recommend that you use Indi from Annandale. Google her

We found exactly what we wanted, the salesman was eager to help us promptly with our sofa purchase, they were delivered on the due dates. The service was impeccable and the delivery was prompt as promised.
