My first time visiting a Kitchen Warehouse store. I'm disheartened to see and physically witness at first hand the poor customer service by two front staff. I have patiently waiting in line to pay for my items.
I've no doubt that the staff did not want to serve me at all, just because I'm asian.
I just hope that they will treat everyone equally in the future.

Extremely disappointed with customer service at the Middleborough Rd store. Argumentative and do not want to listen to the customer. So you lose your receipt and not even consideration for an exchange when they clearly sell the product. I’m taking about something worth $19.95. Seriously it can’t be that hard.

The service was excellent! I purchased 2 picnic baskets with matching blankets, plates and cups. Such great prices, great quality and so much variety! I will definitely be going back!

I was very very happy to recently discover a Kitchen Warehouse in my local area. A good one stop shop with great variety. I am already planning my next visit!

This is my new favourite kitchen store. I love their online shopping as well as the store at Boxhill,Vic which I visited. Very well organised and beautiful flow of products. I liked that the staff is helpful but respected my space. Awesome place to shop for kitchen and entertaining lovers!

Has most, if not all, the cooking things you need in your kitchen.
I've been looking everywhere for an Angel Cake Pan, literally no one in Victoria has it except Kitchen Warehouse.
Staff is friendly, and comes by to ask if you need assistance.
Store layout is beautiful, which makes it easier to find things.
Pricing is decent, along with the sales promotions every now and then.
Most importantly, everything that I had purchased there are of very good quality!

I waited a long time to purchase my first Chasseur Round French Oven 26cm, (Caviar) and I’ve used it many times already, the food tastes so much better, I’m not disappointed at all. Best money Ive spent on a product.

Shopping at the new Box Hill store is such a pleasure. I have been in 3 times since it opened. The staff are so friendly & helpful. There is lots of stick to choose from & great special. Easy parking as well.

Have made lots of purchases from KW, both online and in-store. Staff are friendly and know their products, and never had a problem with delivery.

Today a friend and I shopped at the Moorabbin (Vic) Kitchen Warehouse for the first time. Two things stood out: the comprehensive range of products and excellent customer service. We intended to have a quick look at a grill pan but ended up browsing (and buying) for 1.5 hours!
We were fortunate to be looked after by Whitney, whose pleasant manner and in-depth knowledge of many products enhanced our shopping experience a great deal. If there were more customer service assistants like Whitney, online shopping would not be winning the retail battle.

I bought Royal Doulton Gordon Ramsay Union Cafe crockery set. Happy with the product. Good value price (much cheaper than elsewhere). Really quick delivery to local shop where i picked it up. Too easy!

Recently I bought global fish bone tweezer and fillet knife, I can easily collect items, I couldn’t find any shop cheaper and better condition than kitchen wearhouse. I’ll definitely visit again!!

The service provided by Kitchen Warehouse has been exceptional. From the moment my order was processed online to the speedy delivery to the store and service provided during pickup.

I purchased a scanpan pressure cooker, my first ever pressure cooker. The staff were very helpful explaining the options and nothing was too much trouble.

Prices for Global were too good to miss. This was a very limited time sale so I acted quickly to add to my Global sai wardrobe. One knife proved too large for my needs but I was able to return it in store. Anil at the Preston store was very helpful in explaining all the differences between the ranges.

Congratulations to the manager and staff at Kitchen Warehouse Melbourne. Crowd control at the opening sale was very well managed - despite so many aggressive customers missing out on some of the sale items. As they say - the early bird catches the worm!

Went into today and found the range of product to be excellent and good quality. Also staff, especially DM, was helpful. We will be back.

I cannot say it often enough...Kitchenware Direct are an extremely professional company with very competitive prices and fabulous specials. I have never been disappointed with items purchased or service.
