I read a lot of these reviews before booking Kleanmaster and I am happy to report everything said is true! they managed to bring my very, very dirty nylon carpet back to virtually new. Truly unbelievable. And the cleaner was a very nice man, punctual, helpful & very professional. You would be crazy not to use them, it is by far the best cleaning I have had.

I reviewed this website about 11 months ago and needless to say, used him again to up my carpets for spring. Great job as always, the place looks a treat and cleaner was his usual cheerful, polite and efficient self. He does a really great job, I tell my friends to get him in and they have all been thrilled, like me, with the results.

They did an excellent cleaning work. They came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I had some bad coffee and wine stains, which they thoroughly removed. I had one stain that I didn't even know the source of and they removed it. My carpets are clean and smell wonderful. I will definitely hire this company again!!

Excellent attention to detail and customer service. I have a large home and I use these guys every 6 months. Always satisfied with the quality of the cleaning along with their reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend.

This guy quotes $185 for call out fee and two hours work then when he finally turns up says that it will acutely going to cost $700!! this guy made my wife pay $185 in advance then when I refused to go ahead he stole my money and won't pay it back. Going to consumer affairs.

The service was prompt, efficient and the results on our white leather lounge and arm chairs were fantastic (they came up much brighter). The serviceman was on time, friendly and helpful and it was good to be able to obtain a fixed-price quote for the work prior to the appointment time. Would definitely use kleanmaster again and recommend to others.

Kleanmaster steam Carpet Stain Remover certainly does the trick when removing old stubborn stains. Once the stain is removed, the stained area is undetectable. The very nice cleaner Ali removed stains that I thought would never come out, and saved me the cost and trouble of having the carpet replaced. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I never write reviews but this is an exception because that did such a horrible job, my husband called to complain and was never taken seriously, worst service ever. Came 1 hour late, never called or message to notify us. Quoted us $150 than when turned up I had to pay $190. Did a horrible job, still have a whole heap of dust coming out of our cooler after using it for 3 days. So incompetent, dust went all over my baby's cot it seems that these guys made it worst!

GREAT SERVICE. I had a limitation on the hours I could be home to meet the worker and they were very kind in accommodating me to schedule an appointment that worked. On the day of service, they were on time and called to let me know when they were about 10 mins away. Super nice guy (I'm sorry I don't remember the technician's name), warned me the work would be noisy but he was efficient and got the job done quickly. Would recommend to anyone and would use them again.

I just wanted to thank Kleanmaster Carpet cleaning for coming out last week and cleaning all of my ducts, carpeting and rugs. For the past several months I have had very bad allergies and a friend of mine recommended them and they were amazing!

Wow what a fantastic company!! From the person who answered the phone to the people who came out and cleaned my Carpet and couches, they did a excellent job. They were professional, super friendly and great giving me future cleaning tips. My carpet and upholstery look brand new after 10 years! I couldn't not recommend a better company, soooo happy I chose them!!

Adrian did an amazing job cleaning out our super dirty ductwork after extensive renovations. Adrian also sourced out new filters for our humidifier. Super pleased that we booked with the kleanmaster - they were extremely clean and respectful of our house. Great work guys!!

We had our ducts cleaned a few weeks ago and were very pleased. Our technician, John called us prior to the appt to let us know he got a flat tire but as soon as that was fixed he'd be over.. And shortly after he was there. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do before it was done and the entire process and how long it would take. He even took his shoes off before coming inside (Thank You!!). While working on the main unit he even kept my 6 year old entertained by answering the 1000 questions he had! Once done he showed us some (I couldn't imagine more) of the dust and gross-ness that came out of the air ducts. We really appreciate great, detailed work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Great job and very professional. They placed the big blue vac you see in the pics at main vent in my basement. While that was running they vacuumed the dust/debris behind the covers of all the vents throughout the house.
I have lots of ducted heating and cooling vents that are on the floor and ceiling. They eradicated the bad odour by removing dead rodent from our ducts, and they left the place clean and neat. Great experience!

Wonderful service. They called because running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be convenient to come earlier. They cleaned my ducted heating vents and serviced the system. It has made a huge difference. Now I can turn on the air, fan, heat, and don't see a layer of dust on everything. They also inspected a wall furnace, which was fine. They laid down covering over my hardwood floors and cleaned up after. Professional and honest.
They charge a fair price and don't try to up sell. I'll use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Used my vacuum. Had to clean up afterwards. Not at all thorough. Strongly recommend using ANY other company.
