This was the only store that had a cover I needed, the store was easy to order from they had great customer service and quick delivery, which isn’t easy in the current circumstances

Shocking Product, Faulty parts, Company expected me to try and rectify the Faults.
They sent me replacement parts, which they expected me to install and the Elliptical Trainer still did not work.
I requested a return and refund still waiting for the refund.
All in it has now taken 4 weeks since I put in my complaint and am still awaiting my monies
Their products are rubbish, their service is disgusting and their business practices unlawful
Do not buy anything from this Organisation !!!

Strong machine. Diesel a bit clunky and noisy but works well so cant complain. Elec start is great thank god as Haven't successfully pulled started yet.

I purchased 'Elliptical cross exercise bike' from Klika a month ago. Because of loud noise from the machine, I contacted customer service and they replied with instructions that didn't help to fix the issue. (I sent through a video clip that clearly shows the noise!!)
I asked for the return as they don't seem to solve the problem, but they refused my request saying that they cannot accept the return for change of mind.
I didn't expect the bike is silent but also didn't expect the ridiculously loud noise.
(Because of the loud noise, I can't use it when my family is watching TV or sleeping.)

It is totally waste of money and time.

I was happy with the purchase process and the delivery, both being straightforward, but putting the bike together was a real challenge. There were 92 components, most of them small hardware items that were identified in the manual only by numbers that were not to be found on the components themselves, while the schematics supplied were too small to be useful. The foot pedal assembly became an absolute nightmare!
That said, once assembled the bike is everything I expected. It is clearly not top of the range, but solid and functional - excellent value for the money.
BUT - That manual needs to be rewritten!

I received the fence wire strainer very promptly. The quality of the tool is really good - it's heavy duty and appears it will be up to the task for a long time to come.

the store is very easy to navigate and is also onb ebay. range of procucts is huge I have now a pool pump and a bar fridge from them.
the pump is excellent quality with stainless bolts throughout and a epoxy powder coated motor. It is very quiet.

Only just for infrequent use. Instructions very basic & very flimsy. Will look elsewhere in future. Also sent me a text for pet product that wasn't even retrievable. Had to spend more to use the voucher. Dissapointed

I bought a PowerTrain Rowing machine. After confirming the sale I receive an email saying I was eligible for a free gift. The gift never arrived. The rowing machine was the worst quality product I've seen in a long time and also was faulty. Customer support ignored the pictures showing the flaws and told me it was normal. Won't make a purchase on this place never again.

They assured me they had stock of a swing set so I paid my money in good faith. The confirmation letter said we will dispatch in 2-3 days. After 6 days of nothing, I follow up and learn they have no record of my order and need to escalate. The day after that I get a generic email advising me of an update to my order. The update is no stock available. Order will be refunded. Rude complaints handling, no care at all. Strongly recommend do not use this useless company!!!!

Purchased an item, was happily waiting for delivery, but then they jacked the prices up, cancelled the orders, but I was welcome to pay the new price. However, this was explained as being due to corona virus. What a opportunistic move. When I phoned, the lady on the phone would not listen to the legal guidelines put in place within Australian law. Good luck if you buy something and it has a warranty issue. The directors Scott, Leo & Boris need to look at this.

Happy with the 17L Digital Turbo Convection Oven Electric Cooker Air Fryer 1400W Heater that I purchased a fortnight ago. A good quality product and yet selling at $89, the money is well worth.

Purchased a cheap pump and pressure controller for a small bungalow. Pump operates but controller is faulty. After spending 2 weeks sending videos of fault by numerous emails, and getting back excuses that they did not receive videos, I finally sent via a drop box. Now that they have downloaded them, they are saying they cannot review them as the format is not standard. They are MP4 files, not VHS! Still no reply as yet. Would not recommend them to anyone

spent $60 in wrong size parts...they don t fit..I had to custom the piping of trampoline to make them fit....the original parts(who came with original package) for that trampoline are rubbish,weak n break too easily!!

I am very happy with my banjo guitar. The price is excellent for the quality. The resonance is excellent and I’m enjoying getting to know this instrument. It’s an unexpected hybrid but a very welcome one.

They don't deliver the product. I never get the package after 5 days. It's says in eBay that the deliver is guaranteed. But it's not true. I don't recommend this
