Does it pick up pet fur

No, mine struggled to pick up general fluff. I needed to go over and over and over the same area. I have 3 cats and pet hair is a bit more of a challenge to pick up for a vacuum cleaner. I'd go for a more expensive brand for pet hair removal - mind you that doesn't mean a Dyson. I also had the Dyson Animal at one stage that I saved up for ages, complete waste of money. My older Hoover was much better for pet hair.

I personally wouldnt use this for picking up pet fur. My daughter has a little pug dog and he is short haired and it struggles to pick up his hair after they have been for a visit and i have to clean up. I usually use my big heavy old dyson for pet hair as its far more powerful.

My evidence is YES. We have a pomchi and she sheds all the time, despite brushing. I like the machine, so far, still v new.

Its only a $60 vacuum cleaner. If something breaks just throw it away. But you can buy replacement filters online for about $5 each plus delivery

Suction power is good if you ALWAYS empty the dust cannister and keep the filter and cyclones clean - which is very easy to do, Thats all you need to know.

i found them at https://www.hegroup.com.au/index.php/home-co-2200w-multi-cyclonic-bagless-vacuum-cleaner-main-foam-filter.html as it doesn't look like Kmart stock it instores (silly of them), or call 03 9500 0979 for details. hope it helps!

Amayzingone
Amayzingone

Just as Ysallesk said. They are just $5 each but postage is $11 flat so best to buy more than one. These filters are very poor design and break easily when you pull on the tab to remove them, Best to remove the filter by pulling up by the elastic seal instead if you want them to last longer.

Just hoping someone can help.Im suffering from sinus every time I use my expansive vac, Dose anyone suffer with sinus and found that this vac is good for that?

Hi Mary
I don't really know if it has helped mine but it wasn't until you mentioned it it I haven't had sinus as bad. Could be because it doesn't seem to throw as much dust in the air. Also when I empty the part that holds the dust I use a face mask. For 49.00 I think it is worth a try. They are great little vac and not heavy to move around

Hi yes I would recommend the amount of dust and dirt it collects is sure too help your sinus problems the dust dosnt go flying out the vacuum like you would think for the price hope it helps

You have dust allergy and need a vaccuum cleaner with good quality multi-stage filters. I would NOT recommend this one.
