Another positive review for the Anko 3.2L air fryer.
I've had the device 3weeks so far and it punches above its weight and price. Non stick coating seems high quality. Interface easy to use. The 3.2L basket is a little larger than the "3l" air fryer it replaced and it makes all the difference when placing placing items in it for cooking. The basket handle is sturdy compared to the fryer it replaced.
Two items that stopped it getting a 5 star review - the basket is a little difficult to slide back into the unit and the instructions say that you really should turn items over to avoid the top item...Read more
s getting overcooked - believe the instructions. The air flow may not be as well distributed as other fryers so it is more important to either give the basket a shake or redistribute items in it at least once during cooking. And if being stingy, maybe a third. The temperature and time controls could be more clearly identified with symbols that don't take any time to recognise, but as soon as you press one, you know exactly what it is for on the very clear to read digital display. Otherwise for $69 it punches way above its own category.Purchased in January 2021 at Kmart Retail Stores for $69.00.

Completely wonderful.
I have been raving about this air fryer for weeks now. I am amazed at the quality of the air fryer and the price. I have been using this item and experimenting with different foods: potato chips, kale chips, chicken, cauliflower etc and they have been superb. Easy to clean. It is good that it has a separate detachable draining basket. I can now experiment with times and temps. Very happy.

For its price point, this product doesnt disappoint. Its easy to use and also easy to clean. Have used this for 6months and haven’t failed me even once. Frying has been so much easier and for a busy mom like me, has saved me so much time in cooking and cleaning. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and very affordable
Excellent for cooking chicken, prawn, chips and fish. Evenly cook not burn on the outside and raw on the inside like the conventional oven. Good thing you can continue cooking to you liking provided you always start at the shorter duration and once to know the best temperature and time you remember it and will turn out perfect for you. Try not to over stack your food, it not the size matter but the perimeter of the Air flyer. Easy to clean too. Will how long it last as I have used for 2 months. Also 1500W could more more electicity

Good value for money!
Very affordable compared with others on the market. Decent size basket area - suitable to make side dishes for a meal for 2. Takes a bit of playing around to learn temps/time etc. I use a spray oil if needed before putting things in for cooking and find that works well

easy peasy
OK it takes up space on the bench top but is like a mini oven so cold products much quicker than conventional oven. It has a 3min warm up timeframe great electricity saver

Worked ok until...
I only used it for 3 weeks before the mechanism that locks the basket to the bowl started failing. The bowl dropped and caused a burn on my arm from the edge of the basket when it recoiled. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift. I guess you get what you pay for. A bit of a pain to clean too.

Cannot live without this now!
Brought this air fryer as our oven has been broken for about a year or more now and havent even had to get it fixed because of the air fryer! Use it to cook pretty much anything, its a lot faster than using a regular oven too. Would recommend this to everyone!

I bought one online and it arrived and had obviously been dropped by the delivery company. When i turned it on for the first time to heat up it sounds like a jet engine - is that normal?
