Good for the money!
I broke my expensive Apple headphones and desperately needed an emergency set ASAP. I went to Kmart and found a pair of Anko earphones for $5.50 and hesitated not knowing whether to buy them. Would they be any good? Would they even work? I decided I should just bite the bullet and buy them. And I'm really glad I did.
Let's be honest, these earphones were never going to be top-quality costing just $5.50. But I was pleasantly surprised by the way they sounded. The sound was clear and bright, with no over-treble or bass that you can sometimes get...with cheaper headphones/earphones. I was thrilled with the fact the cable appeared better constructed than my previous Apple ones, and was longer measuring 1.1 metres. No more yanking my iPhone out of my pocket by accident whenever I get tangled up in the cable. I'm pretty happy with the way these earphones fit in my ears. They sit snugly and don't pop out like other brands. I think I'll use these until they break before considering another pair of expensive Apple ones.
