Didn’t receive any of my order
My Easter was a disaster. Ordered all my Easter goodies well ahead and never received the goods. Tracking says delivered and cannot get a response to emails or cannot get through the phone number. 41399486

What a crappy website. For 2 days now I have tried to put in an order, both days says ‘online back soon’. Get your act together Kmart. There’s people who live a long way from shops and rely on online to make purchases. Pathetic

No Easter Bunny surprises
Like other shoppers, decided to order my Easter surprises on line for the grand children to avoid breaking COVID-19 restrictions. Placed the order on the 1st April, advised all the order was sent on the 4th. Today is the 13th April, no advice where it is from K Mart or Australia Post. Easter has gone and how do you tell a four year old the Easter Bunny didn’t bring her special surprise.

As per the title. They sent 2 out of the 7 items that I ordered. These were the items I added to my order to get free delivery. Not the items that I actually wanted.
When I ordered the items said "in stock" and they still do today.

Not on time delivery as stated
They advertised easter online on time delivery, we'll I didn't get my order. Got a part of it that wasnt easter goodies. Now easter is done. Hope I can return goods for refund

Absolutely the worst modern online experience in 2020
We have placed two orders now during the COVID-19 restrictions. Trying to minimise contact with others. First order took 45min to work through the clunky Web page and terrible cart system. Several items dropped in and out of the cart requiring a restart of the process. Finally successful then 6 or the 12 items ordered were cancelled afterwards.
2nd order was completely cancelled the next day on some pretext of a card issue. I've used the card twice this morning without issue.
Absolutely terrible online experience and I would not recommend anyone waste their time. Just use ebay or another retailer who's online system is seamless and actually works properly.

No eggs for Easter.
I ordered Easter eggs over a week ago.
Firstly, why are they coming from a Country town 500kms away, when I live 17kms from the CBD? Was worried about what condition they will arrive in, with the Perth heat...well doesn't matter cause they're delayed, still in the area, they were dispatched from. What's the point of doing the right thing shopping online, not going to shops? Not Happy, will require a full refund, whenever they turn up!

So I clicked on a item, selected online delivery on the 2nd April, deliver to yanderra new which is closest to mittagong, or Sydney area. Which would take roughly a few days to deliver??
Still no parcel, so clicked on tracking and it still hadnt left !!
Loads of customer email enquiries no replies from Kmart. I also noticed the item is being sent from Canberra???
And now the delivery estimates to be arriving on the 15th April!
Nearly 2 weeks to deliver a parcel! From an area that is no where near yanderra ( bargo)
What a joke.
Won't be shopping at Kmart anymore.

Easter egg delivery not received
Since I am keeping away from shopping centers for my own safety I ordered Easter chocolate for my grandchildren online. It is now more than a week later (and Easter Sunday is tomorrow) and I have heard nothing. Cannot get through on the 1800 number and I have received no response to my email. Can’t even contact them to cancel for a refund!!
I am extremely disappointed and won’t bother with online orders again.

Easter Eggs delivered smashed!!!
I brought 4 Cadbury 150g Easter Bunny eggs and had them delivered yesterday. I am absolutely devastated and disgusted that when I opened the box, that all 4 eggs were smashed into little pieces. I rang Kmart at Port Adelaide, as that is where they said it was shipped from, only to be told to ring 1800051800, to talk to their Kmart team. I rang and was on hold for 38 minutes and gave up. I have this morning tried again and still no answer. What am I supposed to give my friends children now? I am extremely disappointed that I can't even get a person to speak too about this. All I want is my 4 Easter bunny's to give. I don't know if I will ever buy through Kmart again, as this is the second bad experience I have had with Kmart!!!

Ordered my items one day it was delivered to me two days later in the country!!!
Too many whinging people if you don’t like using K Mart Online then don’t - wait until the Coronavirus is over then you can go shopping and guess what there will be no stock because people bought it Online you will still be whinging.

Terrible Customer service, waste of time
Customer service ineffective, non responsive via email, over 1 hour wait time on phone. Gives indication to customers that they don't care to actually give customers any service. Didn't fix my issue either, just lied.

Online store says in stock yet not so and lag time in telling you and refund
I ordered necessary product from KMart online, says in stock, yet 4 days later I find out from third party system that order has been refunded. I complain to KMart, no response to complaint as yet, although on 5th day they did sent an email saying it will take up to 5 days for refund of money and they claimed I cancelled rest of order - no I didn't. So, if you are short of money and/or don't like aggravation, stay clear.

Unresponsive Customer Service
I placed an order for a couple of items including a marble tumbler which arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the customer service stating that the Item arrived damaged and is not save to be kept at home with kids around. It's been 4 days and nobody has replied to me.

Never have items in stock
Kmart needs to update their website for click and collect items, only 1 of my 10 items is available for pick up, the rest will be refunded, I can't really afford to wait for the refund, yay Kmart my kids are going to love their empty Easter

Disappointing
I ordered 3 products online one week ago. Received a credit for one of my products without any email explaining why- can only assume it’s not in stock? Have today received a shipping notification for one of the other items and have yet to hear about the 3rd item. It seems silly for arguably one of Australia’s largest retail outlets to not have a centralised distribution centre where stock can be accurately counted for and dispatched as a whole package. I understand that due to current circumstances it is difficult to get things out in a timely manner and meet demand however I honestly think Kmart could do a lot better.

Cancels and refunds partial order due to unavailability but items still in stock on shelves
Online ordered LEGO kit that is still in stock in 5 stores in Brisbane. Paid and processed, then refunded 2 days later after email confirmed all was well. Out of stock apparently but still physically in stores. Doesn't make sense. Pls fix your internal processes. Also, invest in more servers to remove the waiting period for your website. There are other places to shop and patrons will go there instead.

Thank you kmart home shopping amazing, can still go shopping with family. Have Kmart shopping night while in isolation. Did this with my granddaughter, fun and also enjoyed waiting for our parcles in the post . Thanks for making our Easter still special we sent eggs to family

Order placed online with no shipping details after one week
I have placed my order for delivery on 1/4/2020 and has only received a Order confirmation. The order status is still "Processing" after one week. I phoned the Cheltenham branch which were not able to help as the order was placed online. I then tried calling the help line, but gave up on any person answering after 55 minutes (8:30 on 6/4/2020). The order is for gifts for my son's birthday which I am not sure if or when I will receive it. Has anyone else waited this long?
If I can only get feedback it would help, but not knowing is the worse.

A web site cant get COVID-19, there's no need for social distancing or a queue for access on a site, we live in a country that has the 62 fastest internet in the World! out of 195 countries we shouldn't have a problem.
