The best car service place ever. I dont know about other My car. But this one in Kardinya is professional. Good customer service. They tell you to change only when you really need to change (car battery, tyres). No hidden cost. Always ask you and give quote. Very patience when you asked questions. Price very reasonable. And the best thing? After the service your car felt like brand new.... Actually felt better than brand new! And the people that i refer them to so far always returned. That speaks for itself. Keep up the good job!

Took my car for a general service to Mycar Richmond. The service was excellent. They were upfront about the issues and as a single parent I couldn't afford most of them so it was discussed what was urgent and what wasn't and accommodated my needs the whole time. Their professionalism, service and friendliness was 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there again.

Purchased 4 tyres today for my wife's Kia Cerato from Mycar at Churchill Centre South Australia. Jake and his team were very prompt and thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will certainly shop there again.

I had my Mitsubishi 380 serviced and a catalytic converter (sp??) fitted because the engine light was on back in October 2022. Another mechanic had tried many times to fix the cause of the engine light being on but Mycar Marion had the technology to diagnose the cause immediately. However the engine light re-appeared in February 2020 so I booked another diagnostic service back at Mycar Marion. A new part was fitted, and no charge was made for the part or diagnostics. This really made my day and I had no expectation that this would occur. The guys on the front counter couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. So refreshing to find this level of service. I'll be going back to Mycar for my next service that's for sure!!

This guy went above and beyond the call of duty. Blew me away with how helpful and kind he was. Took plates off and replaced plates, even though they were flat out and his coffee and lunch was cooling on the bench !!
Can't speak highly enough of his attitude.
I only hope his boss appreciates his dedication and work ethics.

The staff and quality of service at Shepparton is great, I took my Nissan Navara in today to get a scheduled wheel rotation and wheel alignment I told them I had a slow leak in the right front tyre which they fixed at no extra cost. All while I had breakfast and coffee at a locale cafe, Thank You for a Great Job.

Manager of this company rude and found him unprofessional, and not at all interested in good customer service. I used to get my car serviced there, but have since gone somewhere else

They looked after me at Noarlunga, great tyres and wheel alignment,Today got car serviced, I knew basically what was wrong with car, so when they told me what they found it was the same,Thankyou for looking after us, my car is running amazingly

My one and only experience with KMart left me burnt forever.
Sent a new Honda Civic for a new tyre after having a flat. The old spare was on the car.
This was obvious. They supplied a loose tyre and thars ir. Did not fit it or change over the spare for a new tyre. When I told them again, a very irritated man marchwd out, caused damage to the rim and treated the little car very roughly.
When I pointed out this I was told to get a quote for repairs and bring it back.
Too hard, walked away

We had a service done yesterday and were told we needed new rear brake pads and everything else was 'good'. However we knew that we were due to get new tyres but nothing was mentioned, they were all good - apparently. We went to Bridgestone straight after to be told we needed new tyres as they were not road worthy!!?? and guess what we don't need new brake pads!? Paid $200 for just an oil change as nothing checked correctly, scary if you rely on what they say... Told we needed new brakes and we dont, but we needed new tyres! - work that one way. Never going again to this company, completely unreliable.

The guys at mycar, Rosny in Tasmania.. really helpful and Friendly when I went in to ask for my oil to be topped up . I ended up booking in for a service 2 days later . They were great and even installed my window washer bottle that I had purchased elsewhere. for free. Car is going well :)

Took my car here for a service, tyre change and road worthy certificate. Service and tyre change were fine, but they wouldn't sign off on the road worthy saying that I had a "knocking noise" in my steering and it would cost nearly $500 to fix. Never had any problem at all with my steering and knew they were trying to rip me off. Refused the work so they refused to pass my roadworthy but I still had to pay for it. Googled the issue and got a quote of $180 to fix. Took it to another mechanic recommended by a friend and they checked the steering and found absolutely nothing wrong, just as I thought. Definitely would not recommend MyCar/Kmart Garden City. Dishonest and will try to rip you off.

Absolutely hopeless taken all 3 of our cars to both Rowville and fountgate went to pick up car from being serviced and manager tells me that who ever changed the oil last had stripped the sump bolt and it had to be replaced, when I told him they serviced it last he informed me he hadn’t charged me to replace it. He was very rude and arrogant, Took the car home next day battery is flat and car needed to have spark plugs replaced as was running terrible, also had my vf sv6 serviced there and have had a couple of issues took it to another mechanic only to find out they at mycar have put the wrong engine oil in it and fuel filter and plugs needed replacing Wouldn’t take my lawn mower to this mob.
