Terrible
Having placed an order there was no confirmation email.
2 weeks passed and 4 hours on phone trying to get a hold of a live person with no luck. Emails were not answered.
Finally half of the goods ordered arrived.
No advice given that items were not available.
Horrible service.

Offers items not available
Took weeks and weeks to deliver my order and that was after finding out that half of my items weren't available yet the online store still offered the items. Get your game together Kmart.

Worst online store ever
Like so many other reviews here, my recent online experience was terrible.
I don’t want to hear that Kmart are being inundated with orders due to Covina-19, blah blah, sorry, their website has been lacking for some time.
Why oh why, in 2020, does Kmart have a website that allows you to put items in your cart that aren’t available? I cannot for the life of me understand why. For a company as large as Kmart, you’d think they’d have a proper inventory system.

Order delivered to another state !
Ordered Easter gifts 28 March - received email on 30 March saying items had been sent. When nothing had been received, logged on to find that delivery had been attempted however incomplete address had been provided (I provided full and correct address so was either a KMART or Australia post error). I re-checked my front door, front yard, neighbours' front yards ... and Aust Post tracking (which had been updated since I contacted KMART initially) and Aust Post stated my package had been delivered to a suburb in a different state to which I live! How insanely lax of KMART customer service to declare the item had been delivered to me, when in truth it appears its ended up in an entirely different state. Everyone is facing challenges at this point in time, however there is no excuse for this - this is just plain and simple ridiculously lazy customer service. At a time when everyone should be pulling together, companies with lousy customer service appear to be at their absolute worst. I hope the recipient in the other state who received my goods enjoys the easter gifts that never made it to my family.

Worst online shopping store I have used
Products were available to order but when processed some of my order was cancelled after a week not giving me a chance to send something else unhappy grandkids for easter when they didn't receive anything very disappointed

Worst experience ever
I ordered a kids wooden cubby house that has never arrived. (This was a few weeks before covid restrictions).
After waiting weeks and then literally hours on hold trying to get help (trying different call operator options) I called in store, they looked into it but assured me they'd sent it.

Online order disaster
Given the current restrictions, I resorted to using Kmart's online facility to place an order for Easter eggs for loved ones. I placed the order before their cut off date to ensure deliveries were made before Easter. Kmart has a service standard of 48-72 hours to hear back on the status of an order, well it took them 5 days to provide me with an update which resulted in Australia Post only receiving my parcel 1 business day prior to Easter. Waste of time
Tried multiple times to complete an online order with Kmart this week, finally being successful at the end of the week.
When shopping online, the system says items are available and I add them to cart. Then when I view cart the items are not available or have been removed. My final order I managed to get through, then a few hours later an email from Kmart informing me that further items wouldn’t be arriving in my order and had been cancelled.

Hopeless
Have tried to order many things with so many things out of stock. Unfortunately it does not appear out of stock until it is in your basket and then you have to waste even more time to take it out. Even as you order products they are going out of stock before you even have time to get to the checkout. Took ages to arrive with half the order cancelled due to out of stock items. Kmart better hurry up and get in the online shopping world before they too will be out of business.

Felt humiliated
The online ordering and order notifications went smoothly. (Disappointed that I had to walk to far corner of the store through many people who don't understand social distancing.) Misleading supply
If you try to buy something under the free postage limit it will say available. Soon as you creep over that free postage mark some things will be out of stock. If you remove items, thry come back into stock.
That's even if you can get past the que. It's 2020, you don't have a live inventory system and you won't buy more capacity. Not even mygov is this bad.
Off to Big W it is.

Worst on-line experience - nothing received, no communication
I also ordered Easter items on 4 April because it would arrive before Easter! And to be safe. It’s now well after Easter - Sat 18 April - and I’ve received not 1 item! They emailed on 8 Apr to indicate 1/3 of my Easter order was being sent and the rest would be sent soon. They could not meet their own SLA of 2-5 days! This was the one and only time I got any info on my large order! Then they cancelled the rest of the order with no email or call or text. after the order was paid! They claimed not to have the stock! Why was I allowed to buy online then? They have a real problem if they don’t know their stock! Why did they not contact me? I had emailed requests twice through the Kmart portal because they claimed they would respond in 1-2 days during peak times. The first email was made 6 days ago on Easter Sunday, when the order was long overdue. And the second email was 2 days. Still no contact from Kmart. They have not met one of their own promises (on their website, in their email, in their call centres) and they don’t email or contact you with status. The lack of customer service and the over promise under deliver at every turn is appalling. It is actually misleading advertising which is against the law. Don’t say you can deliver in 2-5 days if you can’t. Don’t say you’ll respond to written concerns in 1-2 days if you can’t. Don’t take our order if you are out of stock. Never Again
I live 2 minutes drive from Belmont Geelong store. Checked items were in Stock at that store so ordered 3 items on 9th April.1Toaster 1small bag 1 white top. After purchasing found out items were coming from KMart Hastings Vic. Toaster received on April 17th. Just in the Toaster Box-box not even sealed. The 2 small items were supposed to come in a second box- Why a separate box!!! Second box wasn't delivered. Hastings store advises both boxes were dispatched to Aust Post same day. Pathetic service.
NEVER use KMart online again. My time chasing this up makes me very angry. Can't attach invoice as this is in the 2nd Box!

Worst Click and Collect Service Ever!!
Item/s are available when selecting Click and Collect Store. Then received an email saying not available, will have to source elsewhere and post to me, could take seven days. This is definitely not a true "Click and Collect" service!

Very straightforward and fast turnaround
We were after a particular item which we were unable to locate at Kmart stores. The process of instead going online to order it was straightforward and easy. I was able to see how many of this particular item were in stock at the warehouse. The turnaround time to get the items in the mail was fantastic as well.

Nothing is ever available for delivery
I have tried so many times to purchase things online only to get to the checkout to find that these items are unavailable for delivery. This is never mentioned when you are browsing their site, only at the end when you want to checkout. Further to this, when you select click and collect it's like a miracle if all the items you selected are available at the same store. It's an absolute joke!

It took them 8 days to send me a confirmation email.
It took them 8 DAYS, or 192 hours, to send the tracking email. Website says to please wait 48-72 hours for the tracking email. The tracking email also says they will be delivering 2 out of 7 items. And I have no idea when that will be.This has been a pretty disappointing experience, to be honest.

Awesome towel
