Clara three seater sofa
One of the best furniture store. We have got so much from them for our new house. Fantastic quality and unique designs. Our sofa is easy to care for and looks so stylish and best part it does not burn a hole in your pocket. The customer service is a delight. They even keep your product in the warehouse for upto 6 months at no extra cost this was such a piece of mind as we were building our house and could now get delivery in the new place. Absolutely stunning.

Unique in the market
Unique and elegant furniture and pieces, exceptional service, friendly staffs, on time delivery. I can’t find such a unique pieces with this price in the market. Theirs ETA is what they mention. They follow up several times before a delivery. Assembly is also included which is a big relief for me. Highly recommended

Delayed Order
Terrible company that has lead to me having to make a complaint to Fair Trading NSW. Added an extra 10-12 weeks to my sofa pickup date with no explanation other than "delays". Rude and unhelpful customer service from the sales team basically telling me the dates are just an estimate and they think that the delays and waiting 4 - 5 months for a sofa is reasonable! Asked for a refund and was refused.

Terrible experience but solution was offered
I purchased 4 dining chairs on Boxing Day from South Wharf store in Victoria. The expected delivery time was early March. I got a call from the store in early March that she ordered for me from other stores and would call me when they arrived. No call since then. I tried to call the store and it went straight to voice mail and no one picked up their 1300 number. It has been 3 months and I am still waiting for 4 chairs!- 1 star

olite. She had been sick so I understood the current virus circumstances. She offered to give me floorstocks but I’d prefer new one. The shipment is expected to come mid April and hopefully I will get them by then. I will update the progress and my review in April. - 3 stars. Edited on 18/04. I received my chairs today, with a small gift! Chairs are all set up and look nice with the dinning table (bought from Koala last year too). I am very happy with the service provided by Christina. Terrible communication with the online team
Never got a response through email even after sending it numerous times regarding my order, never can reach them via phone call and does not return calls even when I leave a voice message. I haven’t received an order that I placed a month ago and they never gave me any follow up on an exact date of delivery and their website does not state clearly on delivery timeframe on items. Really shocking service for an online store.

service, they randomly sent me an email saying my order is ready for dispatch after almost three weeks of no contact. These people are a bunch of clowns and I will have to see if they will fix this properly or need to take it further with them. Another update with Koala, an order I made back in 8th Feb which I was told is in stock and never got told a proper delivery timeframe finally got delivered today (13/03/2020) after me having to chase it up numerous times. After waiting more than one month for an order, I have received shortfall of two candles when I ordered three. Now I will have to go through the nightmare of this impossible to contact company and wait many days to get one response in regards to my missing items. They even tried to call me and request that I remove my review offering store credit voucher. Koala Living should get their system straight and fix my issues first before trying to get public reviews removed with store credit that I would not use as I’m just too scared to order anything from here now.Similar opinion? Took too long to come
Took over 2 1/2 weeks to be delivered, which is too long. Got no feed back about eta and I had trouble finding a number to contact to find out what was going on. Finally rang a shop and they gave me the number of head office.
You should also provide more images of your stock with better descriptions.
Also provide phone number of head office on your site.
Quality of items was okay but if I paid full price I would not have been happy.
Frankly, these days, with retail in trouble, you should pull up your socks and provide better on line service and product information.

Incorrect product dimensions listed on website
I purchased the Holly tray table in December 2022. I took delivery in January 2020. The product delivered was not the same dimensions as stated on the website.
Long story short, customer service has been appalling in getting Koala Living to take responsibility for their error. Transparency about products is pretty good as long as it's not a slogan. About the Ezra mirror. As I called you today, the reply from you was like "All of our mirrors are like that". this means these products are not high quality (expensive) product that we paid for.... The stone itself maybe is natural, but the marbeling on top of that is fake and poorly printed on top of the stone and pixels are very obvious with even normal eyes. It is not just finishes, this is forgery!!!! You can see the pixels if you zoom in on the pictures that I attached. I want full refund for every item in my invoice.Similar opinion?
