Ordered on the boxing day crush and understood when the sales person advised us that due to "special" order we would not see the couch until March, we've since been told end of June, April, end of April and now beginning of May. Customers service are lovely but are confused and lacking in communication from their manufacturers and it appears that each store has different agendas with delivery dates. BUYER BEWARE!!

The colour choices they have is absolutely stunning and unique styles. They have beautiful clocks and decorative items as well. I would highly recommend Koala living. Customer service is great at this store.

Looked for marble dining set and found finally at Koala for a great 50%sale. Just the waiting periods are 3 months though.
Location of the store had a great parking space. Showrooms are better than online store as they wont show much of the variety online.

bought a bed the second I walked in the store! Was absolute sold on the price for something so unique and provincial! ELENA was such good help and gave us a good price on both mattress and bedhead!

Have paid AUD 150 for premium delivery. When asked to carry one mirror to the first floor, charged another AuD 15 for that one piece mirror. They said they charge per item to carry upstairs on top of the AUD 150. As understood they not bringing the unpacked box with them, but they intentionally left the rubbish on the floor for me. Terrible horrible experience with the delivery service. Called the showroom 3times to clarify the extra charges on the delivery service and one of the item was faulty, but no one picked up.

Ordered a Roman Clock 9 months ago, It was delivered 4 months later turned out to be faulty making creaking noises. Returned it in-store and waited another 2 months to get another faulty piece. Returned and requested for the refund. Been moving back and forth to get the full amount refunded. The manager was equally horrible in Maribyrnong store unwilling to help in any possible way. Others working in the store were nice and friendly.

I recently bought a Dining table from Koala & Tree Maribyrnong and impressed with Hanna and Emma for their customer service skills. They allowed us to move almost every dining chair in the store to make sure we get what worked in our space. They helped patiently and this was done over days repeatedly. Will definitely go back as we move forward towards doing up our home.
