They had a huge range of products that were suitable for my budget and design. I found that it was easy to look for items that matched my colour palette.

The store is very well organised and customer service is excellent, beautiful collection, especially at sale time excellent to buy. Would highly recommend especially with the quality you get from here.

The variety in the store was awesome, staff was very friendly and guided us through out our visit. Unique quality n designs. Just like ‘ love at first sight’ .highly recommended

Bar Stools rusting
I purchased 4 Bar stools and after 8 months the base started to rust. At 12 months it was significant so sent a warranty report from Koala website and getting a reply it was out of warranty. I said I would take it up with ACCC and they asked I email them with pics and issue which I did. I eventually got the same response. I like the gear that Koala sell but disappointed they don't want to know about a legitimate issue.. We'll see what ACCC think.

After writing reviews Koala Living contacted me and offered a full store credit of which was much appreciated. Its a shame it took this to get some action but to their credit they did more than expected to make a customer happy.

Great store, great people. Classy, elegant, and brilliant. Very nice environment, and the feel of the shop is European and middle eastern, exactly what I want from a furniture store.

Just bought a bar table set from here and loved it, great range of elegant designs and brilliant sets which compliment each other. Will be back here very very soon.

I'm really impressed with Koala Living.
The product was a good price, what I ordered in the showroom is exactly what arrived, i got an sms to say when it was ready for collection and it was delivered in the time frame KL specified.
I accidentally left my original tax invoice at the store, so i emailed Koala Living and literally got a response from them inside of half an hour with my tax invoice attached as a PDF. I will 100% shop from these guys again and highly recommend them.

Got 5 things from Springvale store out of which three are defective. At first we had to wait long to get the stuff and finally when came it was all full of defects and the people over the phone are So unhelpful and keep on passing the ball to one another. Won’t give refund as they can only exchange as per the policy but one of my friend got things exchanged from them and the new one was even worse then the first one. Totally hate it now

We purchased a dining set from Koala & Tree in Springvale Home Maker Center in late December and I'm not going to lie, we did have some misgivings. One was the fact that we wouldn't receive it until early Feb and another was some problems I had with the way and ethics with which their chosen delivery company deal (but I've passed that on as feedback and it was accepted in a very professional and polite manner.)

In all the customer service in store was superb and when out delivery finally rolled around everything went seemlessly.

Non flexible policies and or staff. They wanted me to put down 35% no refundable deposit with 3 months waiting. Not going to happen in today’s market. So there you go

- Navigating store is very easy.
- Range of products, very satisfied.
- Quality of product still don’t know, cause we arranged to be delivered in few days. I’ll you know later.
- If I have to assemble it, it will be no problems for me.

The customer service guy was very professional and explained all the process and timeline . He consulted with his manager or upline supervisor and gained the relevant figures to satisfy both parties .

Great store with easy manouvrability. Beautiful range of furniture, just divine. The chairs I have ordered look solid but I am a little concerned that the legs are pine. I did not know this until after we had purchased them. I wasn't expecting that I would have to wait until May 2020 to receive my furniture so a bit dissapointed with that. I have been assured that I do not have to assemble the furniture. I would not be happy to have to assemble furniture.

Amazing shop, we buy a lot of furniture from this shop. Fabulous designs and very interesting pieces from around the world, you can find something for very different people and tastes! Service is also great, the staff is very attentive and always trying to help. Delivery and assembling is always very fast and convenient!

Very Beautiful stylish products at great prices. Great sales offers too! We purchased quite a few pieces during Boxing Day sales. We were very happy with the customer service also!

The quality of items is premium and satisfactory but the downside is the delivery due date which is so fraustrating.
