Fragile crud
Before submitting this review I tried to contact Kogan to give them the opportunity to address my problem and they suggested that they would like to resolve this matter, but then they disappeared. All I wanted to do is buy some parts so as not to throw this mispurchase in the bin . This machine has a whisk which broke whilst washing and the fault is in the casting of the plastic base . I have used this appliance about 30 times but cream shouldn’t be too hard for it . Kogan you should have contacted me as you said you would.

What emails did you send me? I have received none to date other than this response to my product review. Can you help me or not? This machine is not “fit for purpose” because of its design fault . Your turn.

Disappointed
I waited a long time before purchasing this mixer and read many reviews. I must say I'm rather disappointed with both quality and performance. It's bulky, has a very plastic feel and doesn't go at high speeds like my 600w mixer. The attachments, which I found out too late, are not dishwasher safe and chrome coated aluminium, not stainless steel. For the price, I should have known better, lesson learned.

Large & Heavy.
This is mixer was given to me for a birthday present. Personally, i would not buy it as it is too big, heavy and takes a long long time to beat eggs to stiff peaks on the highest setting. (Over 5 minutes)
Pros: has a very large mixing bowl
3 attachment, whisk, beater and dough hook.
It has has an attachable plastic guard to stop splatter.
It has 4 speed settings plus pulse
Cons: large, very heavy, hard to store in kitchen and takes over 5 minutes to beat eggs to stiff peaks.
Also vibrates quite alot on the kitchen bench when in use.

Why deal with a robot ?
Tried to contact Kogan to upgrade our mixer before it was shipped after realising the accessory pack isn't available and wanted a better machine when we realised it cannot be used for more than 10 minutes without taking a rest. Despite leaving 3 messages via their reputed contact method, a phone call that disconnected and 2 further attempts to get a live chat going, we never had any response. Mixer arrived today and suffice to say we will now be forced to keep it whilst we await delivery of the pre-paid accessory pack as costs of returning it a...Read more
re prohibitive. Last sale they will ever make to me. AVOID this firm if you expect SERVICE is my warning. October 1st 2022 Update: Infrequently used around 2 yrs old FAILED Disposable grade machine compared to the service we've had from Kenwood models. Stopped working between uses after estimated under 2 hours running time. Larger footprint on your benchtop. Average performance, accessories purchased with machine were sent later. After sales support or service from Kogan is sadly inadequate.Purchased in September 2021 at Kogan.com for $180.00.

Excellent value for money.
Was looking for a bench mixer and came across this one. Was a little sceptical because of the price but decided to take a gamble and was pleasantly surprised. Works brilliantly and is very easy to use and clean. Came with an accessory pack so is very versatile. Haven't used all the prices yet but has been perfect for what I needed it for.

When this product is damaged can I get spare parts? I need a whisk because it broke whilst washing and no not in the dishwasher gently by hand . so step up KOGAN

I don't know. I you'd have to contact Kogan. I got rid mine. Most useless bit of equipment I've ever bought.
Good luck with any assistance from Kogan as their after sales service is non-existent. My dead machine is here with all the accessories most unused including your broken whisk. Make me an offer or come by and collect it.

I am trying to purchase a new whisk for my kogan 1200w deluxe mixer, can you tell me where I can get one? Kogan was no help

Unsurprising given my experience with Kogan who apparently don't monitor this on line forum and contact disgruntled ex-customers. Regret unable to recommend a possible source for the whisk so keep pestering Kogan if you can.Maybe buy some shares and attend their AGM to voice your concerns as to why they are losing market share.
My whisk broke also and I would like another or I will have to junk the whole thing
