Best Buy Ever
I cant believe this microwave can grill a piece of salmon to perfection and also cook beautiful moist banana bread I don't think I have any need to use my regular oven again

Bad after less than 6 months
This microwave has an intermittent fault where the power cuts out. Usually the power comes back on afterwards but you can hear something like an electrical arcing noise.
At the moment it is only occasional but it has happened too many times to ignore.
The problem seems to be getting worse.
It was DELIVERED ON 18 OCTOBER 2018 just under 6 months ago.
I notice that they are back on sale.
I have contacted warranty support. They replied reasonably promptly & promised to replace the faulty microwave with a new one.
Purchased in October 2021 at Kogan.com for A$126.12.

Another Great KOGAN Product!
Very happy with our new 34L Kogan Microwave with Grill which replaces many years service from our old Samsung product. Loving the larger turntable and extra depth in this microwave, along with the 24 hour clock and many extra cooking features which we are still learning to navigate our way through! Cooking is a treat with this microwave and Kogan delivered the product on time as always!

has anyone broken there door handle trying to open it? We have ours for three days and now our tea is stuck in it.

Hello Phil S - Ours is still perfect - no problem at all with the handle nor anything else - works a treat! My sister-in-law bought one identical 6 months before us and she loves hers too and has not had any issues either! Both Kogan Microwave Ovens in constant daily use since purchase! Contact Kogan immediately online as they have a good Warranty Policy and will help you I'm sure Phil as I had a problem with another item and they were brilliant with that and looked after me well.

Does the grill work well? There are complaints about the other product from Kogan saying the trill does not work.

It is slow but sort of OK. However, mine is faulty after 6 months & have asked for a warranty replacement. Am waiting for their answer.
