I purchased a 55inch tv that arrived yesterday, within 2hrs of having the tv on playing a movie the screen went black. I can hear sound but no picture, after viewing the troubleshooting guide I have been unable to get the screen to light up. I see picture if flashing a light on the screen. I have downloaded and updated the firmware as advised but still no screen. How do I fix this?

This tv is faulty after 1 mth use. Done power recycle for 1 week everyday without fail but still nothing on screen. Power light is red and dun turn green. Remote control with new bat..it happen on and off stuck while watching tv and now completely dead. Power cycle every time it went stuck and now cant work with power cycle.

Hi I Software Update My Kogan KALED553DSMTZA 55 A blue Box appear and when It reach over 70% and it switch off by it self and Nothing appear I have wait for a long time and I switch it off and turn it on again but still nothing appear even the power light also didn't Glow. Any ideas?

I get the first blue screen reading the usb but then the TV flashes "usb in fail"and then the tv goes to the loading screen again.
i have triple checked i have the right firmware and so on so i am unsure why this isn't working. could you please give me some assistance with this?
Have had Smart TV ......Loading on screen for past 3 days. Downloaded update as per your instructions and inserted USB stick into port 1 and followed directions. Screen turned blue and “search USB storage” came on but will not go to download. What next? Can you supply a USB stick with update loaded?

Recently my TV did a similar thing. The only way I could get it to work again was by doing an online software update. The instructions to do this are in the online manual. Good Luck. Ian.
