Worst customer service

published

I have been so patient with you people. My delivery wasn’t on time and now you guys are not processing the refund for the TV I cancelled because it wasn’t been delivered on time. I confirmed with toll people that they have delivered the TV back to you. You guys are the worst people I had to deal with. I have been emailing Doris(freight investigator) from the past 3 days and I have no response. There is no way to contact you guys. Atleast respond to the emails. Worst customer service provided from you guys. Will never ever order from you guys. Never!! Nobody should order from you guys you guys are the worst to deal with.

Purchased in February 2021 at Kogan.com for A$800.00.

Just ok TV

published

I got the second hand one but it was hardly-used by first owner. Apparently, it was still almost new when I bought it.

Pros: Picture quality is good, stunning.

Cons: - The sound quality is terrible. We have to connect it with a speaker.
- We found that it cant connect to the antenna properly compare with another Hansen that we have.

Sound is absolutely PATHETIC!!!

published

Picture quality is average, speakers are absolute junk! The sound on a TV I bought from Aldi is 100 times better than this. Not impressed at all and would not advise anyone to purchase this TV. BEWARE. This is going to cost more money to purchase a sound bar to improve the quality of what I am attempting to hear. I have the volume at 100% on the TV and the same on a PVR I am using, all to no avail. I think I should have waited for the 55 inch Aldi TVs instead of buying this particular TV and will not buy another Kogan branded TV if this is how they are going to use such a weak speaker.

Can i get net flix on this tv?

Hi, I purchased this TV in the knowledge that it was not a 'Smart' TV. If net flix is an internet based system, the answer is probably no. However, from what I can see advertised on the Kogan website, there appear to be 'Smart' TV's available that potentially may be compatible with Net flix. (That said, I am no technical expert, so the safest bet would be to ask the supplier about your chosen purchase).

Hi Nazih,

Thanks for your question.

Owing to the fact that the KALED48XXXZA is not a Smart TV, you won't be able to install Netflix.

With that said, you'd be able to use Netflix by connecting a dongle such as a Chromecast, which you can find at the following link:
http://www.google.com.au/intl/en_au/chrome/devices/chromecast/

Alternatively, you can purchase a Smart TV. All of the current range of Kogan Smart TV's are compatible with Netflix.

You can find our Smart TV range at the link below:
https://www.kogan.com/au/shop/?keywords=smart+tv

If you have any further questions in regards to this at all, we can be contacted on 1300 304 292 or at the following link:
