Same here did you have any luck? Would appreciate any help thanks.
I downloaded a fix from Microsoft .... for lost password.
Then inserted USB to new laptop and followed prompts.
Took many hours trying other attempts. This worked well.
Otherwise go to Kogan Help.
Good connecting.
Is it supposed to come with password as I don’t have anything with USB ports.

Kogan service was useless
Eventually they gave a refund
get on the phone to Kogan...tell them you want a return label to send the computer back for a refund. ...the keyboard is just the first error...soon you will have screen problems and then battery problems.... Never buy a computer from Kogan again
You will need to be very firm with Kogan as they will give you the run around. If you purchased using paypal, get your money back via that route as paypal are much easier to deal with and more customer friendly.

Why is it so hard to get an answer (better yet some help ) from you people. I purchased a device from you nearly a month ago. As yet I am still unable to set the bloody thing up. All of my emails have been to no avail. You cant be reached by phone..this only strengthens my belief that I shouldn't purchase on line..
please just get me started on my journey by instructing me on how to get the bloody thing up and running. Your user manual is about as useful as tits on a bull.

I wish I could help you Christine, but I am having similar issues. However, in my case, it's more likely my computer illiteracy that's the problem. Though I may be as useful as a pocket in a singlet, I can advise you to find some young computer wiz to help you set it up. That's my modus operandi.
