Splendid Value for Money
I got two of these for $119 each. For that price, they've been splendid. Having an oscillating fan that looks good and doesn't take up a whole lot of horizontal area has been lovely. The fan has touch controls on the top and a digital display on the front to show the room's temperature, fan speed/mode and whether it's oscillating or not. And there's even a cutout handle at the top for easy moving.

Not bad for the price.
It's a compact and slimline fan. But it's a fan, nothing more nothing less. Will cool a smallish space. A bit too loud at times. But it does do an ok job for the price. Yes I do recommend it (for the price). Unlike a pedestal fan it doesn't annoy our eyes. With the heat wave in Queensland over Christmas it was definitely better than nothing. Free shipping was a plus.

Better than expected
We didn’t expect it is a very good fan because of the brand. We bought it just because JB hi if and Harvey Norman don’t sell good tower fan while it was free shipping from Kogan. It literally is better than expected. It saves space, although there is considerable noise when the fan is running, I can feel the powerful air movement. It’s price is comparable to those sold in Harvey Norman and JB hifi? But we were referred by friend so we bought it with credit.

Poor Attitude No Service
I bought this fan as my partner wanted one for her birthday, we opened the box, connected the base & turned it on, to our disappointment it was rubbish, it sounded like we had a helicopter in the room, we notified Kogan they asked for a video of the fan & its problem, which we provided, they issued a returns docket, I said I wanted a New replacement not a repaired/refurbished unit, they have had this fan back in their warehouse now for 3 weeks & after 12 emails later they still will not tell me when I might get a replacement, I'm told the issue...Read more
is being handled by their most senior customer care officer, but still he/she hasn't bothered to email me with a result, I paid $150 for a faulty product & still have nothing to show for my money, their customer service is non existent in my opinion, never again will I trust this company to supply me anything. On December 22nd unannounced the postman delivered a new replacement it's a revelation the way the replacement performs & all is well with my wife as she finally has what she wanted, although I'm still skeptical about their customer care performance.Similar opinion? A must have for summer and those hot sleepless nights
After a lot of research my tower fan choices ended up between Kogan clearcool tower fan and Kogan clearcool tower tri-fan, I ended up opting for the tower fan which I'm glad I did as this fan is fantastic. Not only is it quiet which is great for my migraines but the air circulation is super even on low and actually blows cool air. There are multiple settings depending on your needs. If you haven't already purchased this tower fan, then please don't buy it. It is a complete waste of money and space.
