Works fairly well
I found that this product worked extremely well when I first purchased it. I had it set on timer to turn out when I was out during the day and I always come home to clean floors and the vacuum cleaner back at the docking station. However after a few months, it seemed to get stuck in some very obscure places and would have to follow the beeping sound to try and figure out where it had ended up. I now can only have it on when I am home and can keep an eye on it.
I also find the filter quite hard to clean as you have to unscrew the whole thing to remove all of the dust. Also, the mopping function seems quite difficult to use. Overall, would recommend if bought at a discounted price.
Purchased in July 2021 at Kogan for $178.00.

Horrible, died before the warranty ran out and Kogan wouldn't help.
Carpet, tiles and timber. It was ok but the hairs got caught in the cleaning brushes and my husband had to completely pull it apart to untangle the hairs. I went back to the Roomba robot. I would never buy another Kogan brand.
Purchased in January 2021 for $300.00.

Time Saver
This machine is amazing. It saves you so much time. It comes with a mopping function too. Also has a barrier so you can contain it within a specific area.

Love Love Love!
à bit difficult to program but once complete it's honestly one of the best investments!
I vacuumed with the Dyson 2 days before the Kogan Robovac arrived and I had to empty it twice in 2 hours!
Unbelievable the dirt and dog hair it picks up.
I'm so happy with it
Purchased in June 2021 for $169.00.

Sadie my floors need cleaning
Love this little machine. It sweeps, sterilises and mops. And most times (ok not always) goes back home to its charger. It goes from tiles to carpet without any problems, even if there is a slight lip in the floor. Easy to empty and take brushes apart to clean. Has a remote to stop or change direction such as spot clean or normal. Happy to recommend this product.
Purchased in December 2021 at Kogan.com.

Terrible battery
Works on all floor. Fantastic dirt pickup. But unfortunately the run time after coming off charge only lasts up to 35 minutes, and it’s been charging for nearly a full day.
Purchased in August 2021 for $360.00.

remote does not work, customer service useless
Was initially really happy with the product until I realised the remote is faulty. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue quickly, and they have been useless. After 3 emails asking me to read the manual and look for a white light in a camera lens (all of which was done before I sent the email requesting a replacement) the customer service rep told me I could ship it back (7 days), wait 14 business days (3 weeks) for them to determine if the robot vac was faulty only then would they escalate to a replacement team. I'm all for company ...Read more
procedures but three weeks + shipping times seems a bit long. After it's approved to be faulty, they then have to locate me more stock (currently sold out) and ship the replacement. Its currently November 25th and I was advised I would most likely not get a replacement until mid January. Not at all happy and no one at Kogan seems to care or want to do anything about it. To top it all off the unit was slightly dirty when I received it and I am of the belief it was previously returned and has been resold.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Does an OK job, but definitely not the best!
Guess you really do get what you pay for and there are definitely better and more expensive products out there.
Wasn't very impressed with Kogan, as their couriers delivered to the wrong address and it was only through an honest samaritan that I actually got the product I paid for!
I find that I'm watching the vacuuming process to see if it picks up dirt etc, and it's really hit and miss, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't, which is frustrating and not saving me time at all!
It also stops quite a bit, so you constantly have to restart it. Again time consuming!!
It's doing an OK job, for the money spent but if you can afford a better product that's probably a better option.

Not a mop: false advertising
This product is advertised as being the "ultimate robot vacuum and mop." Yes, it is a vacuum cleaner. However, it is not a mop. It has a sponge. I have been advised by a member of the "Kogan customer care team" (sorry, laughing at that, as they are beyond useless), that I should dampen the sponge and attach it to the base of the robot. Now, forgive me if I am being slightly wild and crazy here, but does anyone really believe that a damp sponge attached to the bottom of the vacuum really can be considered as a "mop function?" Does anyone really ...Read more
feel that rubbing a damp sponge on the floor will hygienically mop and clean their house? So far, I have had multiple emails with 2 members of Kogan. I have realised that they merely send pre-written responses... 1)Turn the product off and on again; 2) read the manual {despite being told that the manual does not contain the requested information) ; 3) "there may be an issue with your product", followed with instructions on how to return it, have it checked for a fault, and warning that if no fault is found, the customer will be charged. Laughable!! There is no fault with the vacuum. It vacuums. The product was falsely advertised as having a mopping function... this has a sponge. I wasted money on the ultimate robot vacuum and mop because I needed a mop. Feeling ripped off by an unethical company.2 comments

Throw it in the bin
Purchased online because my son loves his expensive brand but shouldn't have bothered. It didn't work properly right from the start. It wouldn't return to base when low charge and cleaning pattern was erratic. I still had to vacuum the spots it missed. So I kept it for cleaning under the bed and was only used twice. Now its showing an error that I can't get rid of. After three months since purchase Kogan will only have the item repaired or replaced (no refund). So it goes in the bin.

So far so good
Still in the honeymoon phase. Tried on floor that probably had a bit too much dog and cat hair, so I just confined it to my kitchen as a test space. Its movements are that of a confused puppy chasing its tail, but the spiral gets wider until it hits something. Gets confused around chrome bottomed bar stools, but made its way off. I was told by other users of other brands of Robo Vacs to not use it exclusively as the only source of cleaning, but try and vacuum at least once a week to minimize wear and tear on the Robo. So with some of the pet ha...Read more
ir I had to pick it up and throw it at the machine to get it to vacuum up. I emptied it twice and was frustrated at trying to figure out the filter swing door, its not very obvious how to open it, even though I read the instructions. my first negative. Second is that it should tell you when charging that "When the battery charges, led panel will flash, and when completed will show a solid 4 bars of battery". I know probably common sense, but it would be helpful. Have yet to use virtual wall, or disassemble, but will keep you posted on those features later.1 comment

Breaks all the time
When this vacuum works, it's great. However, I have had to return it to Kogan 4 times in less than 12 months because it is constantly breaking down. I have a small apartment - carpets and tiles, and have used the vacuum as per the instruction manual. A highly disappointing purchase, definitely would not recommend.

For the price it’s pretty good
For a budget robo vac it does the job. The bin is good size so it collects good amount of dust. Filter is more durable then the leading brands. Has a good roller and brush and extra long side brush that does pick up dust on the edges. If you want a cheap budget

Don't waste your time
What an absolute piece of junk. It climbed objects 4cm or higher, would ram into corners and NOT move until it threw codes and refused to work at all. There is no door on the bin so you have to shake it to empty the rubbish out of it. It's the dumbest robot I've ever had. Kogan were very unhelpful and claimed all of this was perfectly normal! The website also said " Read customer reviews of the Kogan Ultimate Robot Vacuum. After a purchase, we invite our customers to leave a product review. re below." but they NEVER invited me to review it, and then told me they don't allow customer reviews, that they are from third parties! So they are obviously very selective about which reviews they allow. It cost me money, I'm currently reporting them to the ACCC for false advertising on so many levels. Stick with the IRoomba, I've never gone wrong with those.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Fair..but ok
Its not bad for a quick vac, don't expect it to do what a normal vac does though.. sometimes I run it for 2 goes and its a little better. Run it when your not home and it eats cords! lol.. I have another one from a different US company and its a bit better but it cost a heap more. These are better to use every day or 2 just to get the surface fluff off, useless if you have a hairy dog though... and cleaning takes some delicate love.

After nearly a year we had a problem with the brush not turning. ( you do get an extra brush with the vacuum). Wrote to Kogan and now we are getting a complete new unit. Don’t have to send old one back. So after service has been good.
I have just bought a second unit. My other has done a year but the brushes are now looking shabby. I found a website where the brushes look the same https://au.grandado.com/search?q=%28Cleaner-A320%2FA325%2FA330%2FA335%2FA336%2FA337%2FA338%29+Spare+part+for+Robot+Vacuum+Cleaner%2C+Hair+Brush%2CRubber+Brush%2CSide+Brush%2CHEPA+Filter
I have received my order of these. They fit perfectly in my Kogan.
Available on Australian ebay from another seller.

I was bought the machine almost a year ago. It has never worked due to continually alarming that the front sensors need cleaning. This happened the first time I switched the machine on. It has therefore never been used. I have periodically tried again all to no avail.
We had just moved into a new house, our lives have been so busy and it is a drama to get advise from Kogan due to having to register and not having the details they need.
As for the instructions for use they are not easy.
