Tracking is a joke, but did receive my product!
Unless you can deal with the wait (and a bit of anxiety about whether you'll receive the product), you shouldn't shop here.
I ordered my Active 2 watch on the 13th of April and it said it would leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. It did, but then the tracking stopped updating from there, and for all I knew, it was stuck at the dispatch point for 2 weeks. and they are probably only doing what they're told. My problem is with the terrible tracking. If I saw my product moving, I would've been fine with the delays knowing that it was coming to me. When the tracking shows it's NOT moving, it feels like it will never get to you. The next update I received was only this morning (29/4/20) saying it was 'Out for delivery', and low and behold, it arrived soon after. Not entirely sure if I would shop with them again. Customer service? What’s that??
TV is a decent product but I have a minor issue with the remote. I have another Kogan TV, so am sure it is a product fault and not user issue. Two emails to customer service over two weeks and no reply... so I guess the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. 4.5 star review for the TV, ZERO star review for Kogan. Have purchased a few products before, but won’t be again. Communication is great, right up until they have your money. Very poor.

Purchased two office chairs recently - different types/models but bought on the same day, same transaction etc. For whatever reason they were dispatched on different days, therefore arrived on different days. The first came and everything seemed fine, until I realised the screws were missing. Not to worry, sometimes these things happen, right? sted photos showing proof of missing screws (really?), to eventually be told Kogan don't actually stock those replacement parts but hey, they're a common size and I can easily purchase my own from Bunnings. Kogan offered $15 store credit for the inconvenience. First of all, they ARE NOT common sizes, second of all you cant buy them singularly so your $15 didnt even cover four different packs of multiple (otherwise useless) screws, and third the store credit is a wasted gesture. Feel free to donate it to someone else Kogan. I won't be clicking add to cart on your website ever again.1 comment

Terrible customer service and they are refusing to respond on a refund request
Two products were ordered from the same site, both were notified as being "dispatched" but only one was sent. They were given two different Australia Post tracking numbers. The product that was delivered was notified when it was receipted by Australia Post, the other one was not. It clearly was never sent and has never been receipted into any Australia Post depot.
Kogan customer support answered every single time I queried by assuring the product was dispatched and continually providing a tracking number. These replies were within 24 hours.

Never again from Kogan !!!
I've made pre-order 3rd Apr (scheduled to ship out 20th).Got an email about delay which says they will dispatch on 30th April. Such a long wait I checked with my office and since we need the goods asap so I sent cancel and refund request to Kogan last night. Now I got the email with tracking number which has not been processed and the support member told me they can't refund as it's about to dispatch which they haven't done so, and refused to cancel as they promised. After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery to arrive (10 days over what was estimated at time of purchase). It has arrived incomplete. I ordered a bed that has 2 parts yet only 1 part has arrived with no information as to when the next part will arrive. Customer service told me to contact Toll. se a shabby sytem that allows products to arrive incomplete and then I have to do all the chasing. My first bad experience with Kogan, but enough to make me never use them again. **update the second part came the next day and was updated by customer service to let me know 'When multiple items are dispatched with one tracking number, they are usually delivered together, but it's not unusual for items to get separated in transit.' Now if we were dealing with normal times I would be working in my office and be expected to stay at home for 2 days to deliver 1 item. The bed itself looks good but had a couple issues with the build. 1 of the screws was broken so was only able to tighten is much as I could with my hand. Also I accidently put 2 slats the wrong way, which isn't the issue. The issue is once the slats have been put down you can not take them out without undoing the whole bed frame. By trying to remove the plastic parts that held the slats you need to rip them out with excessive force, which eventually breaks them.2 comments

Appalling customer service
The TV I bought would not work on delivery. Kogan offers no technical support. Contact with 'customer support' is via email; I received an acknowledgement that gave me a case number and warned that I would have to wait until they replied and any further contact from me would delay response. After four days, two weeks of back and forth ensued, all designed to make things difficult for me and warn me that if the machine was returned and their technicians could work it I wouldn't get a refund and would be charged for cartage. Finally I received a refund, but it was still $5.00 short of what I paid.

Read the fine print. Really, really fine print
I bought a phone from this mob and they included a 'free' SIM card. I did not want nor need one but could not work out how to cancel and couldnt be bothered so just took it. Turns out that the 'free' SIM ended after 30 days and then they started charging $11.99 per month!!! Of course bloody hard to find out how to cancel online too!!

SCAM FRAUD
How can a company like this still be operating. Have taken my money but never sent the goods. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Purchased on the 7th of April and nothing has even been sent yet. They provide an Auspost number to make out it's been sent but they never do. Read the reviews of how many people this has happened to!! Illegal operation!!!

KOGAN IS A SCAM.
Placed an order on a pre-sale product in early April which would be 'dispatched from their warehouse' on 20/4. Checked with customer rep closer to the date of dispatch if they would have stock to fill my order. Confirmed yes. On 21/4, received an Auspost tracking number saying 'shipping information received'. On 25/4, tracking has no update for 4 days. No approval, no movement at all. Dismal Customer service
I ordered a $400 item in 15/2. The item page showed that it will be in stock late Febuary. I thought, no worries, I can wait. The date comes and goes, without any contact from Kogan. I send them an Email and they reply that the item will be sent early march. 13/3, still nothing! Contact them again and now they say it will be sent late march. March goes into April and finally get a tracking number. Now 25/4, and the tracking hasn't moved from information received by Australia Post. Which means that Aust Post doesn't have the item. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have waited long enough and now have to try to get a refund through Paypal. And from what I have read, they try their hardest not to give refunds!

Business is run with contracts and I made a contract with Kogan to send my goods outlined on the date of the contract, not 2 months time and still waiting! Never have any problems
I see alot of unhappy reviews from customers, which is sad to see, so I would like to add a positive note.
I have been purchasing products from Kogan for nearly 2 years. I've bought a vacuum cleaner, air fryer, sheets, pillows, doonas, 2 T.v's, furniture, & i can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The products have allways arrived in a timely & efficient manner. I love Kogan, & i will continue to purchase from this company. Thank you Kogan, I am a happy customer.

No Customer Service, avoid at all cost!
I just wanted to share my recent experiences dealing with Kogan. Was considering buying a AC split system & treadmill.
On both occasions the add did not provide sufficient consumer information so I attempted to call them - no hope, they have no customer call centre!!
So customers are forced to email them - send an email, wait several days for a stupid reply that fails to Answer your query!!
So I decide to email asking for them to call me to discuss my intended purchase - dream, they responded advising they can’t call customers!!
Seriously, Kogan are just a reseller, they have little knowledge about the products they list for sale & offer NO customer service.
I WILL BE DELETING THE APP

First and last time will buy from Kogan
Been over a week and no update on tracking. I don't believe they have sent it, they just lodge an auspost tracking to make it look like it.
Ordered 17th April, still shows shipping info approved by auspost today. Has not moved.
Ordered online from kmart thursday night, auspost is delivering it Monday.
Bye bye Kogan, never again. And where do you complain with these flops, some online form that doesn't load.

Dodgy as, time frame non existent
Do not purchase from this dodgy company.
It took 2.5 weeks for a laptop to arrive (Melbourne to Melbourne) via express post. It was stated they had "leaves warehouse in 2_3 business days and express post" now I want to refund but No one will return emails.
They are happy to take your $$$ but slow to send you items.
I had the same item send from Sydney via a reputable dealer and it got to me in 3 days.
Btw Dick smith is the same company.

Having purchased the following home gym for my son on the Kogan web site I am shocked that Kogan is still in business in this day and age. -
Klika Powertrain Multi-Station Home Gym with Weights -175lbs KOGAN
- The ability to call anyone to complaint or discuss is no existent
- There is a web process for complaints which just send you in a loop so you can not lodge a complaint
- when you get through and prove your issue they state they will organise pick up
- they then change the date multiple times
- they fail to send you shipping labels or even book the courier

I prefer to try a a business I haven't purchased from before to make my own personal experience review. If they fail dismally I shall return to a business which I have had a more favourable experience. It's more a trial and error exercise. I'm not looking to maximise my review score but just to voice my opinion and experience for those who show due diligence and do their review homework prior to committing to a purchase. Not quite sure why you think I am looking to increase my ratings average. That is not my aim.
