They are thieves
Kogan took $12 from my account twice without my permission or agreement. They are thieves. I had no agreement to pay this money. This is real theft.

Product never arrived, no accountability, no access to help in my case.
Product ( medical safety goggles) never received. External sender says they sent it but nil shipping information date etc. Unable to speak to a person at Kogan. Unable to file a complaint to Kogan on line as numbers dont match and it will not transmit. intentional? I guess I lose my $49.99. All I can say is “bring back the shops” where you can at least discuss a problem.

Mixed Bag
I've bought products - electronics mostly - from Kogan and the products have varied in quality. Some stuff has been total junk, other items have been ok. Kogan Mobile is good value if you're ok with Vodafone.
I ordered a phone case and screen protector from Kogan in mid-March and got a delivery date of mid April. At first I thought it was coming in a few days until I realise it was the next month! Anyway I waited patiently and the delivery date came and went with no update as promised. Logged in to the account and any attempt to get an update ...Read more
was futile. There was no way to contact them even via email/message. That whole function of the site seems to be shut down. All I was left with as an option was to cancel the order unless I wanted to wait for who knows how long. That was a very poor experience and not satisfactory Kogan.1 comment

After order over 600 dollars worth of red wines from kogan they finally arrived but!!!!.....they were not the red wines advertised on KOGAN site, 2 weeks now and over 29 emails and still no solution from kogan

Once they get your money, you're on your own!
I paid $300 for a garmin watch on the 6th April with Kogan. I have factored in Aus Post delays but have not had a proper response as to where this product is 2 weeks later. Furthermore, I ordered a mich cheaper product though Kogan on the 13th so there is no reason why the initial product isn't here. They are also very hard to nail down with contacts etc. making consumer affairs complaints more difficult. In this market, places like catch are a lot safer as there response rate is much better. Kogan's is non existent!

w have to wait for this to be complete before a refund is issued to me. Still no explanation for any of it. Nearly $300 on a product and Kogan have just sent me automated and misleading emails and are now asking me to wait for a refund. They took the money instantly and if its taken nearly 4 weeks to just be in limbo, how long will I be waiting for it to get to their warehouse. Purchase from Kogan/Dick Smith at your peril. It's a money grabbing machine and you will not get what they tell you.Also, check out the response from Ross @ Kogan. This is hwo automated and robotic they are.

Oil Heater
Ordered a heater over a week ago, and even though we are in a pandemic it arrived quite quickly. Works really well, especially for the old house I'm living in which is literally a freezer. I can finally be warm during these cold months. And it's a great price too!

Cant track item, no customer support
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, tracking shows that Item was dispatched but the postal information has not been updated.
Shocking help centre whick lands you to the same page when you try to dig deeper!! Ebay and Amazon are far much better.
I may have to report them to bank as it seems scam.

"kogan first" is a fraudulent scam
I recently discovered that for the last 2 months, kogan had been withdrawing $11.99 from my bank account for a service called 'kogan first', which I had unwittingly signed up for. I contacted them to advise that I had never knowingly authorized any such transaction only to be told, tough luck. I am currently in contact with my bank, kogan dispute resolution process and office of fair trading to have this reversed. I expected more from kogan...

I ordered samsung galaxy buds + on 12/3 and on 13/4, recieved an email that my parcel has been dispatched. I was curious that they are working even on Easter monday. But afterwards, no development over my parcel delivery, auspost doesn't even know whereabouts of my parcel and you can't even download your invoice of the product. What a crappy site, i seriously regretting it to not to order from Amazon. It was just 30 dollar difference and now i am thinking i goona loose my 210 bucks as well. Please, a request to the future customers please read these reviews and don't buy from this site.

My KOGAN Combo Scanner is perfect for the job
Initially had a problem with the SCANNER sent. But a replacement was sent without too much trouble. The replacement has worked perfectly for colour slides and photo digital scanning.
Thank you KOGAN for a good product and good back up service.

I paid $162 for some exercise equipment. The goods were supposed to "ship on April 2" and take "2-5 days" to arrive. However the tracking number they provided was BOGUS. I have contacted their support 3 times and they are blaming their supplier. I bought from Kogan in good faith. It is their problem to resolve not mine.
Do not buy from Kogan!

I prefer to try a a business I haven't purchased from before to make my own personal experience review. If they fail dismally I shall return to a business which I have had a more favourable experience. It's more a trial and error exercise. I'm not looking to maximise my review score but just to voice my opinion and experience for those who show due diligence and do their review homework prior to committing to a purchase.
