This oral spray seems to first work like a mint and then the water chaser helps fill you up. The active ingredient herb and mineral I guess works shortly after. It certainly worked for me for a few hours. It does say take every few hours so in the beginning, you might have to carry it around and use that often. Then you need to have a second one on hand ready to then stay on the path and one in the car in case you're out. A bit expensive but in the ends, it saved me money from buying snack foods and helped regulate my cravings.
