Obviously the blinking of the light, and motor only working randomly is a common fault as ours does the same. But its out of warranty so will go in the bin, if i cant fix it myself?.. As for the noise, its no noisier than i would expect it to have been?

I can’t say what the problem is but I suggest you get in touch with the product service team to see if they can help. They couldn’t help with my problem but they may be able to suggest solutions for you. I no longer use mine because it couldn’t be fixed that is why I said it was a waste of money because it wasn’t very old. Hopefully you have better luck than I did.

How can one get in touch with the service team?
Basically, most of these complaints are spposd to be referred to them for response or they are supposed to be looking at complains and find solutions to it. Must they wait to be contacted specially. This I must say is not a good method they must change if they truly have their customers in mind
80% of the comments are complains. Too bad
I feel very unhaoy about this
Just said my mind
I do not mean to discredit the product but this is really not fair
Many complains about the flashing light, let the service team generally come to the review platform and talk about it with a way forward. Dies it mean that they do not have a solution to this problem, or this particular product should be calked back and money refunded

I am sorry to say that I really don’t know why it has done that but if you ring the product service number they may be able to help you. I am afraid they were not much help when I rang but this is a problem they may know something about. I hope you get some answers.

I won a Mixer Stand today at a local fund raising event and there’s no manual with it. Has 03/2015 on its base. I’m thinking someone has owned and donated it. How can I get a Manual, please?

The only thing I can suggest is to go online and see if you can get information on the mixer and maybe a contact number you can ring or email. Good luck.

It's a big machine, better suited to larger quantities, but I'm very happy with it after 6 months of use. Great value.

The whisk doesn't touch/scrape against the sides of the mixing bowl, so it probably isn't ideal to mix such small quantities.

Hi, i noticed it's stated in the manual that we must let it rest for 15 minutes for every 5 minutes normal usage.
Can anyone advise how true is that? It's going to take hours to prepare stuff if it's true!

No decent machine should need that. I had an old Sunbeam for 40 years and it never needed pampering. Worked fine. I have returned my Aldi Kuchef and got a refund. Have bought myself a new Sunbeam planetary mixer for the same price.

The new model has the same issue. It shut down after 10 minutes of use! What a joke! OK for making a packet mix that requires 2-3 minutes of beating but not suitable for serious baking. 1000W motor is good but yes, it is noisy.. maybe the gears need some grease???

Yes, Mine is very loud too! And it doesn't seem to be getting any better!

I have phoned and complained and am returning the product to get a refund. As well as being unacceptably noisy one of the wires on the whisk attachment came out! Not happy. Could not recommend this appliance to anyone sadly. It's a metal base lovely looking machine otherwise.
