Why is the above product so bad for so many users. I bought a pot some months ago and couldn’t work out why my eyes were watering all the time. I applied the product on my face but away from my eyes. Then I forgot about the reaction I had and purchased another pot. It was the same, awful streaming eyes. Will either take it back or throw it away. As a matter of interest the other Lacura face cream product in a red pot has been great and I only purchased Lacura Skin science restructuring day cream because the other product wasn’t available.
The Lacura Revitalise is more expensive at $10.99 compared to Lacura Face Cream at $7.99. Trish

Either take it back, or unscrew the top and take the pump out and tip the bottle to pour, tap the bottom lightly and the liquid will come out

Did you try and tighten the pump cap? if it's not on tight then it won't pump product up and out.....

Acetate.. benzylmalonate...benzoate... pantenol..etc(18 lines -4 ingrdients in average per Line. I believe you cannot use any corticosteroid cream. I am not a doctor but you could ask a chemist to feel safe. This product suits me . I hope, you will be able to use it. Good luck.
I only used it the once and it looked like I had scolded my face and neck, the burning sensation and redness lasted 4 days had to use antihistamine to reduce eye lid swelling I don’t have a sensitive skin .
I am sorry to read this. We are all different. I remember having used Rosehill oil once because it was natural and a girl friend loved it but I was allergic to it. It hurt my eyes .
