The staff are rude and smug. I was literally 2 minutes late for my appointment and they had “given my room away and could no longer accommodate my appointment today.”

I’m annoyed I’ve already prepaid a bunch of appointments otherwise I would never go back. Be very careful prebooking and paying for appointments in advance because the staff will be as rude as they like to you once they’ve already got your money

Am new to laser treatments, however, the girls at the Gunghalin Laser Clinic Are always very accommodating and friendly. As for the results, I have very dark hair and fair sensitive skin and I am blown away with how well the laser hair treatments have worked, after only two sessions. The service is prompt and on time. Very happy customer.

Went in today to get my fillers for the second time from the belco laser clinic. Cat was amazing in fixing up a little lump last month, from previous work done by someone else. I finally got more fillers from Cat today. She made sure I had an amazing experience, was gentle, explained everything really well and left me 110% satisfied. Will be going back in a couple of months to get another top up, and some micro done from her as well.

Staff did not explain anything about what happens after laser is performed or what to expect. Rushed through all information regarding treatment and did not give instructions when the treatment was performed. After this, staff proceeded to talk about treatment in reception in front of other customers saying “can you try and get a closer shave next time.” Made experience uncomfortable and embarrassing.

Today I went into the Woden store for my Brazilian and under arm laser removal appointment, it was very busy and I waited about 30 minutes. The staff member who did my laser was amazing! Lowana is hands down the most professional worker I have come accross out of all the clinics I have visited over Canberra. Lowana was very apologetic about the lack of staff, efficient and friendly. Lowana is a huge asset to your business and should be rewarded for such excellent customer service and professionalism in a difficult time. If it wasn't for Lowana this review could have been a negative one. Thank you once again Lowana and keep up the excellent customer service you will go far!

Laser Clinics Australia in Woden are very efficient and I usually don't have to wait too long for my appointment. The Laser hair removal treatments are quick and not too painful and all the staff have been professional and friendly. The treatment is working better in some body areas than others but seeing as my hair isn't very dark I was warned this may be the case.
